The Pool was nice, but that's about it. What is seen in the picture is not the reality. Almost all the furniture outside was either broken or extremely dirty. There were no pads or anything for the recliners and only extremely stained pillows with blood and poop for rest of the furniture.

This house is complete crap, there is basically nothing in there that is not broken; light bulbs in half the rooms are out; ants are in the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bed. The bathrooms are moldy and the shower doors broken, so you can't even properly close them, the upper shower has no water pressure, so it's not even usable. The washer is looks like it's pre-war and smells worse than anything. It's a complete rip off, there is absolutely NOTHING provided, no toilet paper, no soap, no kitchen towels the house doesn't even have scissors. We get to actually go to IKEA to get a couple basic necessities. You want AC? Okay you need to pay by the hour to not die in the heat, just to rip off a little more money. The small front gate is not lockable, so you can't even make sure nobody is getting into the yard at night. Who is expecting ocean views is also definitely at the wrong place, the house is located on a corner street and right between a bunch of other houses. This house is so incredibly run down, don't get fooled by the pictures and the good reviews. Nothing has been done in there in years so it looks. I took pictures of everything of course.
