Pozitionat relativ ok, supermarket la intrarea in locatie, restaurant.

Se face curatenie doar o data pe saptamana, prosoapele de asemenea se schimbau o singura data intr-o saptamana, sampon/gel de dus nu se puneau zilnic. Mobilierul destul de invechit, paturi neconfortabile.

Le point positif était pour nous de ne pas avoir à cuisiner, mais c'était -vraiment- mauvais... Piscine OK Personnel agréable

Les cafards dans la chambre ou les couloirs, le canapé cassé, le ménage succinct au milieu de la semaine... Pomme de douche cassée (mais a été changée pat notre séjour) Chaque soir, une soirée à thème avec musique bruyante

Le petit déjeuné bien du choix , Énormément de personnes en meme temp, Bruyant,.. peux de temps pour la grâce matinée. Allonger les horaires et faire des tournés pour réduire le mondes en même temps .. stressant pour des vacances relax l le matin . Ai si que. les machines à cafés sont vraiment pas un bon goût du café espagnol !! Peu de fruits frais Mur et gouteux d Espagne de l îles juste (des bananes ).. dommages Non choix pour le reste peux de profits raffiner . & local . Pas facile de trouver des place de parkings pour les clients dans les environs ..

Good welcome at reception check-in. Our apartment wasn't ready until 4 pm so we stored our suitcases and went into town.

The availability of parking nearby is really limited, such is the demand for accommodation in this area.

Breakfast is good. Room size was very good. Good location, not in the centre of town but in nice quiet area.

Staff was not too helpful. Breakfast is crowded and they dont have enough staff to fullfill it needs. Sauna was also disapointment.

La piscine chauffée, très agréable. L'animation au top Un magasin avec des tarifs corrects dans l'hôtel. Une grande terrasse dans l'appartement, le top pour manger à l'extérieur.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous nous rendons dans cet hôtel et il serait grand temps de réaliser des travaux de rénovation des appartements. Équipement très basique dans la cuisine, très peu de chose pour cuisiner. Meubles et tiroirs détériorés. Canapé lit très inconfortable. Je pense qu'il serait grand temps de changer le mobilier interieur.

Apartment large, very nice and comfortable! Bus provided if you didn’t want walk down. Nice option of quieter pool areas and polite, helpful staff.

The shower enclosure was not tiled and scruffy. Small tea cups and no mugs! Breakfast was not good value for money, absolutely manic and we were both ill on day 2 so didn’t go back on day 3

Rooms was nice, staff were helpful . Facilities are fantastic, inside supermarket , beauty salon and hair dressers /barbers.

Food choice wasn't great , was charged extra for earlier check in which is fair enough however I wasn't happy that I was charged but our request for a cot wasn't organised and we waited over 2 hours as a result. Location isn't great especially for families with little children or anyone who struggles walking as it's a steap hilly incline

We enjoyed staying with our family in this place, the staff were friendly . The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

La nostra camera aveva un bel terrazzo che affacciava sulla seconda piscina..Al nostro arrivo la stanza era pulita, dotava anche di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Ho chiesto una culla per il mio bambino e me l'hanno portata la sera stessa. La struttura offre un servizio navetta per la playa di las vistas gratuita che sale e scende ogni ora. L'' ultima sera abbiamo cenato presso il loro ristorante, era a buffet e il cibo non era male. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene, un posto davvero tranquillo.

Ho usufruito della spa ma non sono rimasta molto contenta, a parte la piscina idromassaggio e la sauna non c'era niente. È vero che ha un costo di 5 euro quindi non c'è niente da aspettarsi. L' hotel è su una collina, a piedi è mezz'ora dalla spiaggia o dal centro di Los cristianos, per noi avendo il l passeggino è stato un po' una faticata . La camera anche essendo pulita aveva l'arredamento un po' vecchiotto.

Le stanze sono grandi, lo staff gentile e molto risolutivo. All’interno della struttura c’è anche un supermercato molto comodo

Vriendelijk personeel. Winkel in het complex. Shuttle bus naar het strand. Ruim appartement. Goede bedden.

Hygiëne, er lagen nog overal haren van de vorige bewoners in ons app. De badkamers zijn duidelijk aan renovatie toe, liever 1 deftige badkamer per app dan twee overjaarse (vieze) in een app voor 4 pers. Het complex oogt heel mooi op afstand maar begint duidelijk te lijden onder de jaren, ze mogen zeker beginnen met renoveren van zowel zwembad als appartementen.

A szállodában két medence van, spa részleg, esti programok. De ha bérelsz autót és körbejárod a szigetet, akkor csak aludni jársz a hotelbe. Jó volt, de semmi extra. A személyzet viszont nagyon kedves !

A szálloda óriás komplexum, de a parttól messze van. Busszal lehet elérni az óceán partot, vagy ha bérelsz autót. A reggeli nem túl változatos, bár svédasztalos, mindig ugyanaz. A szoba mérete nem nagy és látszik, hogy nem új szálloda. A fürdő túlhasznált, nem keltett tiszta benyomást. Kétágyas szobát foglaltam, de kiderült, hogy olyan szobájuk nincs, csak az ágyakat tudják összetolni. Azt is nekünk kellett.. Takarítás nincs minden nap, ágynemű csere egész héten nem volt. Voltam már egy jó pár szállodában de ez meglepett. Lehet, hogy a vendéglátásban előforduló munkaerőhiány okozza? Valószínű. Az angol vendégekre vannak inkább berendezkedve. Jó volt, de semmi extra.

Pool area, room was quite spacious and well equipped, if a little tired. Pool café convenient but under staffed.

The area around our room , a dumping ground for ‘stuff’ and cigarette buts everywhere. Complimentary bus into Los Christianos stopped too early in the day. Taxis back to hotel, very difficult to find at night time. Too far to walk and up hill.

Nos gustaron las instalaciones de fuera. Había 3 piscinas que se podían usar. Una era la que tenía más espectáculos y las otras dos eran más tranquilas. Tiene su propio supermercado y peluquería y hay un bus que baja y sube cada hora y te deja cerca de la playa.

Las habitaciones y todo en general es algo antiguo. Aunque por fuera es precioso. Hemos visto algunas cucarachas cerca de la piscina, pero no dentro de la habitación. Y aunque sabíamos que no podíamos hacer check in hasta las 16:00 de la tarde, era algo molesto ya que nos hubiera gustado asearnos para poder hacer cosas y tampoco nos sentíamos seguros dejando la maleta en la habitación que tenían para las maletas, ya que muchos dejaban la puerta abierta mientras metían la suya y cualquiera podía haber entrado a cogerlas.

3rd time staying here and it won't be my last. Great facilities and super friendly / helpful staff.

Breakfast- only went twice and on the two occasions breakfast nearly pretty much cold - when shouldn't be so. I therefore didnt eat there any further. This should be looked at.

La atención de todo el personal del hotel, muy atentos y amables.

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, los 🚾 están muy viejos, nos conseguimos con una cucaracha viva en la habitación (cosa entendible con el calor que había en la calle, pero no deja de ser desagradable).

I loved all of it. The hotel is amazing and gorgeous. The location is ideal. The staff are incredible. The food is lovely. I recommend that everyone should stay there at least once in their lifetime. I will definitely be going back. 10 out of 10

Las instalaciones son una pasada . Un sitio super acogedor y tranquilo. Las actividades tambien estan muy bien y el personal muy cualificado.

La limpieza en las habitaciones. De hecho sq estuvimos una semana y matamos mas de 3 cucarachas ...
