Stunning building at The Corn Exchange, great central location, easy to get to and great staff. Very safe and great facilities in room.

Bad water pressure on shower, issue with room air-conditioning and having a glass bathroom door isn't great when traveling with friends!

central location, beautiful building and surroundings. room was amazing. anywhere else this was be a £200+ room.

my room was 157 and it was above the restaurants below and so you heard the noise of the music or more the base of the music of the restaurants below. that went on until 11.30pm.

Room was spacious with a nice kichenette area. And the reception had snacks to purchase and complimentary drinks.

The hotel has a very confusing layout in a donut shape that resembles a maze taking 3 minutes from the middle rooms to the lift. Also the hallways are carpeted and there are unexpected stairs so goodluck dragging and carrying luggage. The staff offered no help despite having multiple pieces of luggage that I couldn't carry on my own. It took me 10 minutes to get them to and from my room. It's a nice place but make sure you ask for a room close to the entrance if you don't want to waste half a day navigating through the hotel.

It is situated within a vibrant restaurant mall, allowing guests to have a diverse range of dining options right at their doorstep. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to tram stops and landmarks makes it an ideal choice for those who want to explore the city on foot. Inside the room, we were pleased to find a well-equipped kitchen, providing us with the convenience of preparing our own meals. In terms of breakfast, the hotel offered different hot drinks and fresh pastries, as well as a simple option of oatmeal that guests could prepare in their own room. While this may not be the most extensive breakfast selection, it allowed for a quick and convenient start to the day. Considering our overall experience, we would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10. Despite some issues during check-in and the air-conditioning problem, we acknowledge that the location, amenities, and the room itself were satisfactory.

Before arrival, we had requested a room without stairs due to personal requirements. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially informed us that such a room was unavailable, nevertheless, we were able to find a solution and secure a room that met our needs. While she may not have appeared overly welcoming or respectful, we appreciated her assistance in accommodating our request. The room itself was generally comfortable and met our expectations. However, we did experience an issue with the air-conditioning, as it did not effectively cool the room despite our attempts to adjust it. Unfortunately, when we called the front desk after to address the problem, our call went unanswered. The breakfast is kind of very limited take away meal that you need to arrange and cook in your room.

Initially the room offered was not up to my expectations. when reported to the reception staff , they couldn’t help enough. I think they were called Mia and Elizabet . very nice and efficient ladies.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean

Room cold for me and when I tried to turn up the temperature there were noises from the vents

The location was spot on for what we needed. Nice to sit outside and get a seat there when so busy everywhere else.

The property was very modern and excellent location. Apartment was very spacious and had everything that was needed from towels, cutlery, pots and pans and even a dishwasher! We didn’t use any of this as we were only there 1 night for a concert but would definitely re-book.

Breakfast was fine as expected

Our room was a very long walk from the lift with lots of doors to go through and stairs to get down which was quite stressful. The rooms weren’t well signposted either so first of all we went down the wrong corridor.

staff were so warm and friendly, guest facilities including unlimited hot and cold drinks as well as an in hotel shop, wonderful! also special thanks to night staff worker joseph for being particularly helpful to me and my girlfriend, you were amazing :)

Beautiful old building, lovely rooms with EXCELLENT amenities. Staff great, breakfast just what we needed.
