Everything was just great! The room was very warm, clean and had new interior. The owners were polite, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious with scramble eggs and bacon, sausages and different food. Tasty desserts.
Great location, near beautiful river, very quiet and close to ski lift and the city center. It's an ideal place for skiing and rest, that you want visit again .I recommend this place to everyone .

I have been traveling since I was very young, been in many hotels (even few times in Harrachov) and I can say honestly that hosts of Penzion Bílá voda were the nicest people ever! They took care of us as my mother does! Very helpful, always smiling with an extremely positive attitude. I am sure I will visit them again! The best place in Harrachov, period. Penzion by itself had to be renovated not long time ago, everything matches there. Every detail of the interior is simply beautiful.
Wi-fi connection could be slightly faster, but that wasn't that important to us during our winter holidays.

We liked everything, the location is close to the ski lift, all facilities are comfortable, room is beautifully decorated and every detail is thought of. The owners are lovely, breakfast is very tasty and everything is very clean.
