The best bad (1.80 / 2.00m) with the best mattress and pillows I slept on in a hotel in Bulgaria.
We had a room on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was working fine.
The shower is big, the air conditioning was working fine, they have hairdryer, minifrigider and even a bottle of still water.
The room has big windows, and one is opening and has insects net.
In front of the hotel you can park 4 cars for free.
You can pay with a card.
On the other part of the road, in a small park, they have a restaurant where I couldn't pay with a card, but they accepted euro.
They don't have a balcony. If you are a smoker, you need to smoke outside in front of the hotel.
The bathroom has a glass wall that separates it from the room, but this was not an issue for us. The shower has no door (we used the bathroom door as a smaller door for the shower.
No shower gel or soap was in the dispensers, so take your own (probably they forgot to put some).

VERY clean, super modern, and wonderful hosts. Anything we needed Desita was ready to help, and their restaurant was genuinely the best of all we tried during our one week stay. While they do have a smoking patio, you would never know it because the smell does not travel at all.

The hotel room was very nice, even better than the photos, big room, very clean, comfortable bed, quiet. My stay there was excellent. Definitely recommend it!
