Place and apartment size

Strange electricity installation, lighting control. Bad conditioning of rooms.

The Location was great - only a few minutes away from everything. Check in was also great.

The apartment looks nice on the pictures but to live there for a few nights is really exiting ( negative way ). We were 4 people and have been there in Summer. There is no AC (like the discription say), but the windows cannot be opened very wide and there are all on one side, so there is no cooling down in the night - it always had 27 degree Celsius. Not really fun at night. The "Ventilation" was a joke. The whole interior is designed to look nice, but if you try to find the right Lightswitch you can easily get desperately. It was not possible to turn off the light in the living room if you don't switch off the main switch, but then you couldnt turn on the light on the toilet at night. The door between the main bedroom and the living room was just to look nice. It was not probberly installed so it was falling out if you want to close it. The apartment is for 7 people , but there is only a small table with two seats. The second bedroom is small, has no window , It is stuffy and smells strangeband you will find no picture of it in the description before. The kitchen is soooo small, that only one person can be inside and if you want to cook and clean the pots and pans you have to do that in the shower because the sink is so small, that you cannot even clean the big plates. The bracket for the showerhead is not probberly installed , so it is falling out if you use it. Conclusion ; the facility is big and looks good on photos, but in reality it has a lot of problems . If you are only there in winter and to sleep there it might be ok.

Great location, in the heart of the city. There wasn't any noise in the apartment and it was quite spacious.

- The whole electrical installation doesn't make any sense, for example: There is a main switch for all the electricity in the apartment. When the switch is on, lights in the living room are turned on - If you want to charge your phone during the night, you need to keep the lights on for the whole night. - Some of the equipment in apartment is in bad shape

Lacks maintenance

Perfect location in city centre, many spots for walk distance. Super clean and comfortable. Stylish and cozy.

Everything's great, all was cleaned and well prepared. A sweet bonus is a wine from the host.

It's noisy in the night when windows opened. There's only one shower (we expected 2 with 2 bathrooms claimed) but there are 2 toilets, what is still an advantage.

Very nice and big enough for 6 persons (we used for 3 only). Very central to castle Spilberk and old town. Nice greetings with wine and cookies.

Use booking.com to find location - we tried by Google Maps with address and failed first. Unable to reach by car - just park first, then walk.

Very nice apartment, newly refurbished. Comfortable for short stay even for big family.

Only one bathroom with shower, another one with toilet only. Very small kitchen.
