Our hotel room was beautiful and comfortable and the spa services were wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance, were great. We really had a perfect weekend getaway.
Aqua terrace is way too small, not enough chaise lounges

The breakfast was very nice (recommend eggs benedict), and the new (2019) hotel has elegant architecture. The vintage Rolls Royce used to pick up guests is a great touch. The hotel is also easy walking distance from a number of fine restaurants and shopping in 'downtown' Rhinebeck. It's a great base for visiting some of the historic mansions in the Hudson River Valley. The spa was also much appreciated.
A longer stay would have been nicer.

The property was very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and super helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in the room was very welcoming! The restaurant was wonderful and had excellent food and service. We loved it!

The restaurant was top-notch! The spa was very tranquil and relaxing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and informative about the town surrounding the hotel.
The mattress could have been firmer.

Beautiful hotel with amazing amenities!! The spa is so wonderful with a relaxation room and an outdoor heating pool! Yoga was fantastic! The food at Willow is delicious!! Walking distance to ever shop and restaurant in Rhinebeck!

The room was elegant and extremely clean. We arrived to a lit electric fireplace and returned after dinner to the fireplace, chocolate and soft spa-like music in 5he room. Nothing was missing.

French-inspired European ambience, clean rooms, very comfortable sheets and bed, excellent staff, very professional.
Relaxing spa center, low lighting quiet room, and clean separate men and womens locker rooms and hot sauna and eucalyptus steam room.
Fitness classes on site and easy to go to as well as excellent massage therapists.
Downtown location easy to walk to everything.
Did not eat on site at the restaurant.

The entire staff was very friendly, even the person who was cleaning the elevator when we got in.

The staff and treatments were excellent! The relaxation room was great. The decor of the womens locker room was fabulous.
Either better food or lower priced food...we got some meals in town that were every bit as good and half the price. The decor in the dining room areas is quite dated, looks very 80's...especially the carpeting. The hall ways in the hotel are not very appealing. Would love to see a larger number of treatments.

the resting room was too noisy with staff emptying garbage cans and rolling towel bins in and out and clients accessing the pool.

The bathtub was so tiny it was uncomfortable. Looked great but was so ridiculously tiny. It was also a bit odd to have NO light switch IN the bathroom. Petty perhaps but an old half-used toilet paper roll.
Read above, a late check-in of 4 pm was weird although accommodated I think that is late. I also was actually shocked the flowers are fake in the window boxes. It's VERY easy to grow flowers & I think that's tacky. Shoddy stains and worn away paint on the back of a chair in my room. I don't really care but it was way too expensive for stupid mistakes like that.
