the ski in ski out option was the best part.
The property manager took 3 phones calls and waiting on hold to give me the right code to get in the property. after finally getting into the property I went to use the water and there was none. so another 20 minutes on hold to basically tell me they were going to put in an order. Got fed up and called building maintenance and got it solved myself before I ever got off of hold with the property manager.

The upgrades were amazing. The property was beautifully styled and comfortable. I truly enjoyed the guest book. It was nice to read the stories from past guests and share my own as well.
We were unable to control the temperature of the space. Instructions should have been left somewhere. The fans that were placed in the bedrooms were a lot of help.

The room was amazing. We stayed in October so we got the room for a very good price. Really nice sunrise. It was pretty easy to get to. We loved the location.
The fact that we only had one night. Other than that everything was great.
