The Location is superb, no more the 100m from Trafalgar Square and the National Portrait Gallery, and short walks from Covent Garden and Theatre Land.

To have two chairs in the room and perhaps a small table for drinks,our had just one chair and no table,even though there was plenty of room fro both.

Excellent location, no doubt about that.

The hotel is a bit lacklustre and functional. Apart from a very small coffee shop there were no onsite food available. There was a take out service that could be utilised to have food delivered to your room though, but I would generally expect a little more for the price.

Excellent location right near Trafalger Square. Quiet enough at night for such a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good coffee, good bathroom products, comfortable beds.

Todo. Ubicación perfecta, habitación grande y espaciosa, así como el baño. La cama, almohadas, minibar todos los días reponiendo lo que faltara, gratis..... La limpieza, y sobre todo, en mi caso, la tranquilidad de no oír ni un ruido. Fabuloso.

No había ni un canal en español.

Location fantastic for access to tube and sights. All the staff we came across were friendly, helpful and very calm. The room was well decorated, everything was provided, tooth brush etc tea and coffee, milk, bottled water. Bathroom was spotless, soap shampoo and conditioner provided.

Aucune considération du personnel envers ses clients - aucune explication ou petit mot d'accueil du personnel à part le numéro et l'étage de la chambre ! Incroyable...je n'ai jamais vu cela ! L'hôtel est trés bien placé mais est-ce suffisant pour justifier le prix exorbitant... Les photos donnent bien envie de choisir cet hôtel mais en fait, prenez-le si vous n'avez vraiment pas d'autres choix... Choisir cet hôtel a été très décevant et a gâché une partie de mon plaisir à visiter Londres!

Location was excellent, ,very central and convenient, both for walking and also public transport. Loads of places to eat around. Room was very well insulated soundwise. Bathroom really well equipped. Enjoyed breakfast selection.

Muziek in je kamer! Marshall Bluetooth speaker was echt goed. En usb bij je bed. Geen gedoe met Engelse stekkers. Top!

In de ochtend ging het gordijn niet meer open. Accu leeg. Roomservice kwam snel langs maar kon het niet meteen repareren. Nou ja, het was toch ontbijttijd. Dat was overigens karig. Stokbrood en jam gehaald bij coop om de hoek ivm melk allergie.

Very central! Right at Trafalgar Square. The staff at the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms, although smaller than I’m used to from North America, were very high end finishes. The shower was sublime (and nice and hot) after a long day of walking. Would highly recommend for location and a very nice comfortable and super central place to stay.

Emplacement parfait, proche de plusieurs arrêts du métro et bus. A proximité direct de Trafalgar square et Covent Garden. Parties communes propres et gardien le soir. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Très belle décoration, et propreté irréprochable. Présence de bouilloire, café, thé, eau appréciable. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix que j'ai trouvé en comparaison des autres établissements du même quartier même si cela reste cher comparé à d'autres villes.

Accueil un peu sommaire et pas chaleureux car la réception se situe au même endroit que le café donc pas très confortable quand on arrive avec ces valises et que toutes les tables sont occupées. Lits petits et matelas pas très confortable selon notre goût. Cela reste une opinion personnelle qui ne retire rien aux atouts de l'hôtel. Cependant malgré que nous avions une chambre au calme côté cours, nous avons vraiment été gênés par les vibrations du métros que nous entendions toutes les 10/15minutes. Nous avions une chambre au 1er étage, peut être cela est il moins perceptibles aux étages supérieurs.

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of useful spaces to put your things and still have the room look nice. All the finishes and materials were high quality, down to the hair dryer. Free minibar stocked with a range of tempting drinks and even snacks. Service was friendly and prompt, and they even called from the front desk a bit after we checked in to see if everything was okay! Perfect location just off Trafalgar Square, across the street from the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery—short walk to the theater district, lots of restaurants, shopping. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, the Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St. James park, Churchill War Rooms, etc. Excellent soundproofing so we didn’t hear the street noise.

Not a problem for us, but most of the seating in the small lobby was at tables. Not the kind of lobby where you would hang out in cushy sofas.

Fabulous location in the heart of London. We could walk to practically every attraction we planned to visit, and where we couldn't it was a few minutes to get to the best tube station. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. All of the staff were polite and responsive. We had an issue with the air con and it was fixed in minutes. We will definitely stay again.

We were hoping we would get city-view rooms.

I thought this place was a great value for the money. I expected to be cramped with two of us in the room, based on other reviews. The room was smaller than others I've stayed in but it wasn't cramped. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. And it is such a great location.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
