Fabulous environment, excellent fitness center. Very clean and comfortable.
Staff training is the worst. Mistakingly charged the price. And some of the house keeping staffs didn't even take out the trash.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a special day for us and we let them know ahead of time and they made it a little bit extra special. The washing machine in the room was useful, the breakfast was just above average with a wide selection of types of food (the takeaway containers were also great).

property difficult to find, the map location didn’t match with the hotel location. couldn’t use the gym with my room card. door didnt unlock

The staff was so friendly and helpful. On one occasion I needed some documents to be printed in time for a zoom call and Abby Tang - had everything done in less than 10 mins and delivered to my room. She had such a great attitude.
