Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Essen und sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Lage ist phänomenal und die Poolbar mehr als einen Besuch am Abend wert - da darf man dann auch in kurzen Hosen hin :-)

Wer mit Kleinkindern und Kinderwagen in den höheren Stockwerken sein Zimmer bezieht, hat spätestens zu den Essenszeiten ein Problem - ewig langes Warten auf die Aufzüge. Vielleicht könnte man den 3. Aufzug ja auch demnächst mal für die Gäste in Betrieb nehmen. Und dann ist da noch die nicht mehr zeitgemäße Vorschrift für Männer, nur in langen Hosen und geschlossenen Schuhen das Abendessen besuchen zu dürfen. Wenn man dann als Mann um sich schaut und die zum Teil sehr knapp bekleideten Damen (eher nuttig als schick) beim Abendessen sieht, muss man über diese Vorschrift doch sehr schmunzeln. Vielleicht sollte man diese Regel abschaffen und auch schicke kurze Hosen (Stoff, Jeans, Cargo) zum Abendessen zulassen. Das würde das Urlaubsfeeling defintiv unterstützen und den Männern das Leben erleichtern - und Männer werden sicherlich keine Hotpants tragen ;-)

Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen und die Lage perfekt!

Hotel je v dobré kvalitě, čistý. Zajišťují ochotně veškeré možné služby.

V den příjezdu 29.4. netekla od večera cca od 20h voda . Toto omezení velmi narušilo očekávaný komfort našeho pobytu Voda netekla nejméně 12h. Nemohli jsme své hygienické navyky provést večer, ani ráno, o používání toalety nemluvě Nikdo se nám neomluvil, samy jsme musely chodit na recepci a žádat vysvětlení, infornace o tom, kdy se vše zprovozní žádná. Možná pitná voda zdarma na pokoj by byla na místě. Ráda bych měla nárok na odškodnění, jelikož nám tato nemilá výluka velice narušila dovolenou.

Good breakfast. Comfy rooms, staff very helpful and friendly. Not far from airport.

The hotel was the peek of our 4 days vacay. Delicious breakfast (eggs in all forms, fruit, smoothies, sweet bar, mimosas) with very attending staff. The room was spotless, nice side view from a balcony, cleaned every day. You can chill by the pool, sunbathe or swim. The location is perfect depending on what you’re looking for - it does get very busy and noisy, it’s simply a party area but with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, clubs and also near a bus stop leading to Palma centre (bus 25) or airport (A2), both about 20 minutes travel. I would recommend renting a car though and travel around the island which is way more beautiful than Palma itself. Overall, we can absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is 10/10, I wouldn’t change a thing. Here are few points though which may surprise you about the area: 1. It’s a german neighbourhood, everyone speaks german, menu in restaurants are german along with music, TV, signs, etc. If you’re not german, you may feel overlooked 2. It really is expensive everywhere 3. Annoying sellers outside the hotel not taking no as an answer 4. Noises from AC from the other hotel, music from the clubs and people screaming and singing

Lovely clean pools and spa area. Cocktails in the pool bar were very good and served quickly, not as expensive as the surrounding area. Housekeeping and reception were polite and efficient.

Breakfast could have been served until a little later and unless you pay for a sea view room, you risk being close to the back of the hotel where it is noisier. Also perhaps the staff should monitor sunbed usage a little more as there were a lot of "towels on empty sun beds" when we weren't able to find one.
