We had a room with balcony and view on the castle. The location is great.

The food is good. Breakfast is delicious. But that’s about it.
The style of the decoration is post soviet. Very old and sad. The bathroom is horrible - I was scared to stay in it by myself. The water in the sink DOES NOT DRAIN! When I asked staff to fix it - nothing was done about it.
No room heating!
1 window is made from old school glass tile. That means no noise cancelation, no warmth inside, nothing that is used in 21st century. Sad experience.

The stuff were extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location, maybe 7mins walk from Wawel castle.
For the price per night I would expect more comfortable bed, cleaner carpets and walls.

WiFi network signal was very weak ( in our room at the 4th floor)
That’s unacceptable.
The heating was not good and it was cold in the room, so we asked to switch on a conditioner which usually works in summer.

Delicious breakfast, extra nice staff. Location is great, You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes. There is shops and food all over the place.

The staff was extremely kind. The room was huge, with balcony and direct view to the castle. The breakfast was ok, simple but enough.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was not really a double bed, just 2 beds put together. The room seemed a bit old.

Very large room and bathroom. 15 min walk from city center. Direct connection to the airport with bus line 300. Very good breakfast. Best value for money.

Staff were friendly, location was great, breakfast done the job and room was very big.
Very minor points in that most tv channels didn’t work and the bathroom needed a bit of tlc as the shower door was faulty. Overall though was great value for money.

The room was nice and clean, as well as spacious. The breakfast was good for the amount charged. The location of the hotel was too far from the Old City for us to walk everyday. We did take the taxi a few times.
There was no information available for guiding a foreign traveler in terms of the public transportation system. There were no real restaurants available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Reception staff were wonderful.
Room was fantastic.
Comfortable bed and had a great sleep.
Breakfast area is quite small. We had to try a few times to get a table, 1st attempt at 8am and then again at 9am, finally got a table at 9:40am (breakfast finished at 10am).
Might be an idea to ask patrons to book a time for breakfast when the hotel is full.

Good location, just a 10 minute walk to castle and start of Old Town. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Our room and a sofa and chair and coffee table. Nice for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

We were lucky enough to be given a very spacious attic room with views of the Wawel Castle. This was very very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were friendly and obliging. The hotel's location, whilst not very central, was quite satisfactory as it's only a 10-15 minute walk into the old town or the Jewish Quarter.
Our only minor gripe was that the Wifi coverage, at least in our room on the top floor, was poor and it was difficult to connect, and v. slow when it did connect. However, this was of little importance as our mobile phone data connection was fine.

Room - It is very spacious which gives a relaxing feeling and homey vibe.
Bed - Comfortable. Two pillows and warm blanket.
Service - Quality service. Our rooms are always checked and the basic things like water, shampoo, coffee and towel are refilled and replaced often. All the staff are friendly (kitchen, front desk and cleaners).
Well the bathroom is a bit dated. However, this is just a minor thing.
