The property is in the middle of the heart in Salzburg, very nice old school hotel , rooms are very cosy and service excellent, there is Sacher caffè very chic place , and Sacher Grill with most delicious wineries schnitzel!
And the hotel inside is completely fabulous 🌹
I would like to tell that for 5 stars hotel will be nice if the give like small gift for remembering , like chocolate Sacher or something !
And definitely need to ask if we want to have water for traveling , specially if you are with car , and definitely no charge for car parking ,
This is no gone for 5 stars hotels !

Everything about the hotel was truly exceptional. The staff’s attention to detail is amazing. We will definitely be back. After staying and experiencing a hotel like this, one cannot accept anything less than this standard in a hotel.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The property is top notch and the spa is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The view of the garden is beautiful.

Fantastic suite overlooking the river. Great staff. The most bounteous breakfast. Royal treatment. If you can afford to stay here, do it, it adds a lot to the pleasure of being in Salzburg.

The TV kept turning on by itself every 3-4 hours timer. Had tech come and address but did not fix.

We only had breakfast in the room. The cooked meals could use some improvement. Under done eggs.
The Club Sandwich in the bar. Not particularly nice. Let them down!

Very friendly staff.
I stayed there for my wedding, we did our wedding preparations there. They allowed us to freely shoot in the hotel without any qualms. And they have assisted us in everything we needed.
The night of our wedding, they decorated our room as if it is a honeymoon suite. And gave us love locks, which we placed on the bridge nearby.
Truly a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Salzburg.
