Quiet location close to tram stop. Shower water was hot and beds comfy. Towels were clean and heating was good. Shower gel was also provided.
We stayed in room 5 and there was a problem with the sockets by the TV so could not watch anything and had to heat up the kettle next to my bed.
There's a problem with the shower door so it leaks through the bottom across the floor.
On day 2 we returned at 11pm and the lights were out so had to walk through the long path leading to the hotel in pitch black - which wasn't very comfortable for 2 females. The lights were on the previous day.

Well situated, easily accessible by car and easy access to public transport to go to the city. Clean.
First man in reception was wonderful and helpful. He even made us the quick sightseeing map for few hours in the city.
No signs from road to get to the house. Unpleasant girl in reception.

Close to the starting point of the Budapest - Balaton cycling trek, quite surrounding
No food service at all (no breakfast, no dinner), located quite away from supermarkets and restaurants
