hotel was very clean!

food was absolutely awful! fed my daughter RAW chicken nuggets and the staff didn’t even apologise! and no safes as they were a broken for a number of weeks.

the large pool is being repaired, wasn’t told beforehand or wouldn’t have booked. The drilling and sawing from the workmen wasn’t relaxing.. we were all inclusive- nice drinks but food wasn’t great. Snack bar was cold hot dog, biscuits and stale sandwiches

Good location, the food was the same everyday but was nice There was also a good range of cocktails which was nice The jacuzzi was nice and warm and lots of room, although you do have to book it in advance

Cheap and cheerful break. This hotel is grand! Not the Ritz, so dont expect the Ritz...but absolutely fine for the deal we got. A wee bit of a walk to anywhere, but taxis readily available. Food ok (we didn't starve) All in all, it was grand

As it was end of September/beginning of October the place wasn’t as busy as in the summer. Loungers easily available, good pool fun for kids even though water in it was freezing cold. Very lovely stuff

Little or no variety of food offered Wi-Fi wouldn’t work in room and no booster offered to assist with signal. Had to either sit on balcony to use internet or use my own mobile phone data. Unfriendly bar staff - would only serve 2 drinks at once and there was always a large queue for the bar on a night. Pools were smaller than they looked in photos Lack of organised activities for children/teenagers (children too big for slides and childrens club.

The things we loved were the people at the reception, they were so polite . and the room, very spacious and very clean.

Food, we end up eating a lot of fried eggs and chips. even at dinner we received fried eggs. and the location, you need a taxi to go to the beach, if you don’t want to go to the beach then this hotel is ok . and staff not friendly at all.

Overall, everything was extremely value for money and the hotel itself was extremely clean and looked after, the entertainment was absolutely brilliant and great if you are the person that doesn't like to sit around all day. The food was lovely too, I feel that people have been quite harsh with the reviews but I felt it was satisfactory given the price.

The only thing that was a let down to this property is the facilities, our sink had clogged twice during our visit and the electric kept on switching in the one room, maintenance were helpful but there was no out of hours support with this so constantly felt like we had to wait in until someone came to support the next morning.

It was clean and short walk to the beach and in town.

Where to start. Not 4 star. Very tired. Tiles falling off in the pool. Food cold and repetitive. Had to buy water even though we went all inclusive. All entertainment in French. Staff only spoke to the French guests. Whole hotel.nerds repairing. Was very upset as we went their for pur wedding anniversary. Lanzarote is still beautiful and weafe the best by going out and about but our return to the hotel made is feel so unwelcome as we are English guests.

you get what you pay for. you can not expect a resort as in Egypt or Turkey. the staff was helpful, animation team cheerful. we especially enjoyed free minigolf and petangue.

food was inconsistnt. some foods were amazing, and other plain. water in the pool was cold, jacuzzi was semi warm
