Valoro mucho la tranquilidad en general que hay en todo el hotel, la amabilidad del personal en todo momento, siempre atentos para lo que necesites.
La ubicación del hotel es insuperable
Todo me pareció bien, un aspecto por mejorar podría ser un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, especícifamente en la parte de los acompañamientos para el pan, solo había huevos revueltos, un solo tipo de jamón y de queso, por todo lo demás 10 puntos!!

Great service, fantastic location but quiet, a lot of traditional atmosphere, super swimming-pool with a good restauraunt area next to it, big sized room with good equipment, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Very good price/quality relationship.
The maracuya juice we ordered at the swimming pool was not fresh, but watery and sugary.

Room was clean and spacious
Breakfast was a mess......supposed to be a nice buffet....but there were a lot of items they had run out of and we had to request they be refilled which took time.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, just what we were looking for. The bathroom had a hot strong shower and the breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly and let us stay in the communal area until our night bus.
WiFi was incredibly slow in all areas - both the room and reception. Around 1-2Mbps. Minibar was empty. Finally we asked for a taxi to the bus terminal but neglected to check the price - it was 30PEN which is very expensive for the short journey. Slightly soured the end of a wonderful stay.

The location and interior layout were both nice features of the hotel. The pool is also nice.
The room and bathroom were both a bit small, but it is that way because of the architecture, which is understandable.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, and we loved it. The breakfast was delicious; the people were excellent.
This is an excellent hotel if you pass by Piura or Business.

Basically nothing, just tried a new hotel in the city and found disappointment.

People didn't respect rules (no smoking) and the staff didn't care

Location, amenities, nice room
Service - poolside for food and drink was awful. When I showed up for breakfast at the advertised time, there was nothing but coffee. Six men has devoured the meat and cheese plates so I had to wait. When I left an hour later they were still bringing out dishes for the buffet. Terrible service

Everything! Staff exceptional, food delicious...breakfast and dinner, hot water, comfy beds, clean, and great location. Cant wait to go back!
