Excellent stay overall! Fantastic spacious room with lots of amenities, impeccable cleanliness, location also was very convenient close to the beach and restaurants. Host was very friendly and provided us with homemade marmalade, fresh eggs for our breakfast :)

A breakfast option would be ideal addition especially due to the lack of available alternatives nearby

The room was over our expectations! Very clean, beautifully decorated, super comfy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, as well as the bathroom! The hostess was super friendly, excellent in communication, very helpful, and extra hospitable! I highly recommend staying in Family Homes when you visit Kakovatos.

The lady owner was very friendly and helpful. She tried everything to make our stay as pleasant as it could be. Best host I have ever encountered. Room was big and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day.

The bathroom was rather small. The noise coming from the street during the night (starting 23:30 till 02:00). Local teenagers were gathering in the street close to the apartment building. They were occasionally passing by with their dirt track motorbikes which sounded very loud in the middle of the night. It is not owner’s fault, but it is worth mentioning for the light sleepers (like me).

Anastasia is a superb host - so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay and will certainly be returning.

Mrs. Anastasia, the hostess, is very warm and helpful. The apartment is clean and has beautiful interior, large room, perfectly equipped kitchen. The yard of the house is turned into a beautiful garden with succulents. You live right in the center of Kakovatos, so all the shops are within easy reach. The place is quiet. The long sandy beach is 400 meters walking distance from the house. There are a number of excellent tavernas nearby. We recommend a trip to Pylos and Olympia.

Exceptionally clean, wonderful interior design, big room, quiet place, kitchen perfectly equipped, large balcony, Mrs. Anastasia, the host, is very warm and helpful, we felt as if we knew each other since forever. I highly recommend the place.
