Our stay was great. The only problem we had was two of our toilets clogged at different times.

Heating and cooling was excellent.
Tons of plates and glasses, good pots and pans.
Several non stick skillets.
Some of the family was disappointed that the Christmas tree had yet to be put up.
Very close to SVC, about five miles to the top of the strip.
Great stay and would rebook here.

Our 20 ladies enjoyed staying at your lodge! We had a great time and felt very safe and comfortable! A few recommendations to help. The only issues we had was that the number of towels available was only like 16 and with 20 ladies. Some had brought towels for the pool and used them. Also every bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper an extra roll in each bath would be nice. On the VRBO site it lists as 22 people-however to be in a bedroom would only be 16. The cots are nice for kids but not so much so for adults. We truly enjoyed by our stay but just wanted to reflect a few of our thoughts! A neighbor had a large trailer which blocked part of the parking but we worked around that!

The home is gorgeous however it's at the bottom of a very steep hill! The host was very responsive verbally she answered all our messages in a timely manner and physically she sent someone to help us located things in the home. The only compliant the clients express was the television was stuck on one channel and they couldn't get the dvd player to work.
Overall, this was a great experience for our clients!

This was our first big family vacation with kids, spouses, and grandkids. The house was perfect for our stay. Kim was awesome to work with and replied to our questions within 24 hours. (Usually that same day) The playground and pool were a little farther away than we thought, but still within reason. I would suggest bringing your own games as the ones they have are missing pieces and are not usable. All in all a great place to stay.

The home and very well equipped. The home was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had 12 adults and 2 children with us and the 6 private bedrooms were a blessing to give us all a space of our own to rest and recharge. While the listing indicates it will accommodate 22 people, it would be very crowded unless everyone were on separate levels of the home. Now for the negative: We encountered some maintenance and cleaning issues that need to be addressed. A few examples are the outlets on the front porch did not work, the battery in the smoke detector needed replaced (it was beeping and we had to remove it). There was an exposed carpet tack in one of the bedrooms which we stepped on while barefoot. The coffee pots needed the lines cleaned which we did with vinegar as best we could. Lightbulbs over the stove and in the oven need to be replaced, and there is a broken shelf in the door of the refrigerator. All of our concerns were sent to the property owner and she responded very quickly stating she would pass them along to the maintenance crew. The home is set at the end of the cul-de-sac and there are about 4 parking spaces in front of the cabin. All other vehicles need parked on the street which is a very steep incline. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few maintenance items taken care of, the home is quite comfortable. However, for the price we paid, the home should have been in tip top condition.

House was accommodating for 15 people, a couple little items we didn’t find that were listed that should be there like grease can under sink and ash bucket by grill, no extra garbage sacks for replacement. Other than those minor items we enjoyed the house very much. Good experience!

Our family loved this place! 10/10 recommend if you are traveling with a large group. It offered our large family of 15 enough beds & privacy so that everyone was comfortable. It also took us under 5 minutes to commute to Silver Dollar City. We will definitely be staying here again.

10 mins after checking in toilet overflowed into dining room called and never received a call back. The jacuzzi tubs was dirty half the tv’s didn’t work due to no batteries in remotes and the beds were aweful

We had a wonderful experience. Property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Had one small issue with the dryer which was taken care of immediately. High recommend this cabin for a large group.

My family has been renting cabins in this area for over 10 years. We come down at Christmas time and a few times in the summer. We like it because we can stay together and it’s cheaper than renting separate motel rooms. We enjoy staying together, but each having our own individual rooms and bathrooms for privacy. We are able to cook breakfast in the morning and just hang out in our pajamas and in the evenings we can order pizza, play games or pool, and each watch our preferred TV . My grandkids love sleeping in the upstairs bedroom and using the pool in the summertime. We make a lot of wonderful memories here.

This home works well for our family to spend a weekend in Branson. Plenty of space to eat together, play games, watch movies and visit. Close to SDC, antique stores, Walmart, good pizza and not far to everything near Branson. The landlord answers texts quickly and is accommodating.

This lodge is very comfortable for large groups. Very close to everything, lots of parking to accommodate several vehicles. Screened in porch overlooks trees and is very private - can’t see the neighboring lodge vacationers.

Fantastic house with plenty of room for our big family. We loved the screened in porch - got to watch a thunderstorm moving in out there. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of dishes and flatware. We had a little issue with the Wifi and the owner was emailing with me in the evening to get it worked out. Impressive customer service in today's world of self-check-out-Walmart mentality. Just lovely!

House fit the 14 of us perfectly for a family gathering and vacation for 5 days, close to Branson, Silver Dollar City, and boating on Tablerock Lake. House was clean and everything worked just fine, kids loved the pool table and back porch.

The neighborhood has extreme hills so it was not really good for walks with the little ones but the pool was great for the kids. Location was close to anything we wanted to go to and the mini mart right out on the main road was convenient for last minute items. Kim, our host, was great at responding to questions before we checked in and we did not have to contact her after that. We would definitely stay again!

We had 14 people stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix all the food we brought. The kids loved the wii and games. The adults liked the open kitchen and dining area. We wished there was a bigger table and/or seating area that would hold more people. The coffee pot station was great. The coffee pots do take a long time to brew a full pot but we used the delay start feature and the coffee was ready when we woke up. Overall a great house for our holiday vacation. Thank you!

Perfect for family Thanksgiving
We had 14 people stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix all the food we brought. The kids loved the wii and games. The adults liked the open kitchen and dining area. We wished there was a bigger table and/or seating area that would hold more people. The coffee pot station was great. The coffee pots do take a long time to brew a full pot but we used the delay start feature and the coffee was ready when we woke up. Overall a great house for our holiday vacation. Thank you!

So the house is a beautiful house and is wonderful for multiple families. The 6 suites to the house are a perfect layout to give everyone their privacy but stay close for activities. The house is beautiful, we loved the woodwork, view, and in-house amenities. Especially the pool table.
There were some odd things about the house that have been left undone and would take very little effort to improve. I am listing a few areas that seemed odd to have in disrepair.
1. The house is on the side of a Missouri Hill/Mountain. The house seems to be shifting some of which have made all of the doors slant, and many will not open or close all of the way. Not a major issue, but annoying when it could be easily fixed with a simple planing tool and take off 1/8"
2. Each room has at minimum 3 remotes. The house has an old-style cable tv service, similar to what you would see in hotels in the '90s. I would recommend having 1 universal remote with a smart tv device (plays netflix, hulu, etc). Also, when we arrive, the tv remote in the living room was missing batteries completely and only had 1 batter in the cable remote. I bought batteries to replace the cable batteries. Simple small issue, but annoying.
3. One outlet in the kitchen (by the stove) wasn't working. Probably just needs a receptacle change, but we went 2 days thinking the toaster didn't work. There is also an outlet in one of the upstairs bedrooms that seem to have had a plugin broken off in it.
4. It was mentioned in a prior review, but the couch hide-a-bed is still broken in the basement. Shouldn't be listed if it doesn't work.
5. Someone in a previous review mentioned the condition of the beds. They were not being picky. The beds are terrible. Many of them are sunken in the middle. The owners are aware of this as they tried to use pieces of wood to block up a bed upstairs. When families book a place this nice, they expect nice beds, pillows, and linens. With some of the memory foam options out there, you could easily replace these worn-out beds for a decent price.
6. We had children that were really looking forward to playing the Wii. It's broken. When you put in a disk it makes a terrible noise. Shouldn't be in the listing if it doesn't work.
7. I think the coffee pots need descaled. It literally took one pot 45 minutes to make one pot (8 cups).
I have not confirmed, but it seems as if the owner is not local and has someone with low expectations taking care of the house.
