Nice view, nice breakfast and room is wide

They are selling 1 bottle of water 18k and i think water should be free bcs there is no market around. Don't buy water at hotel use mojek groceries. And bed is bad. Bed cover is just 2 piece of sheet and inside dirty bad carpet. Room is not clean. They dont clean well. Also in my country (Turkiye) every thing is, clean. And lots of moscito and bugs and they don't have any protection around doors and windows like net. And forget pool, bcs it is not clean as seen as in photo.

Staff was very welcoming and kind. If you’d like to stay in a quiet place with jungle around that’s a great place. When I was there (Feb) there were not many people and every time I went for a swim it was just me. I loved the fact that it was not many people there and you can see the monkeys from your room! A big YES for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Also thanks for speedy lesson on the motorbike to the staff 🫶 Lovely walk down to the river (if you like steps and nature sounds). It depends what you are looking for. Make sure you’re fit enoigh and enjoy walking ups and down the stairs - it was fun for me though & it it gives a unique maze-like vibe. Be ready for the jungle sounds - I loved it!

It’s a bit run down and needs a bit of refurb. Potentially it’s covid consequences or I was just there „out of season”. Due to the „run down” it should be marked as 3 stars and not 4.

The location is incredible.

There was terrible mould in both rooms and the rooms stank of the mould. I had to check out as it made me very sick. The resort is terribly old and run down and needs to be completely revamped. The steps going down the to the pool and villas were broken and were a safety hazard. The safe in the room was broken, the kettle didn’t work, the electricity went off. The restaurant is old and the menu is very limited with many items on the menu not available. The resort facilities were very very old and run down. The jacuzzi was cold and broken. The pictures do not reflect the poor state and condition the hotel is in. The staff tried to be helpful despite the poor condition of the hotel and spoke very limited English. I would definitely not book again.

The property is very beautiful. The jungle surrounds it and there is a river which you can hear everywhere you go in the hotel. The atmosphere is very serene and it's very good for yoga and meditation. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food here was great, and the spa was excellent. I stayed only a night, so I think I need to come back since the area surrounding the hotel is also quite nice, you really get that cultural Ubud feel with the rice paddies everywhere. It is also close to Ubud Center, which I think 15 minutes drive. I recommend the Fried Duck here, it is one of the best ones I tried in Bali.

I think the place is better suited for couples, it is very romantic so maybe not so fun for the kids. Although if your kids are adventurous it could be quite fun for them as well. The swimming pool is big and has a shallow end. But I still think its better for the mature crowds.

Beautiful View, large villa inside. Alll staff were beautiful so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, mix between western and traditional was good :) Restaurant was also really good. Really nice food

No privacy, we booked a villa for our honeymoon and were disappointed when we found out we could not be outside our villa without people seeing us. There were people staying above us so when we used the private pool and they were out on the balcony they were looking down at us. From outside we could see all the other rooms around us outside also. As we had people staying above us we heard everything, every footstep, every time they sat down at the table, every time they went to the bathroom which was really annoying. Far away, hotel provides a shuttle bus but is only at 3 set times so unable to travel freely. Sooooo many stairs! Would not recommend for anyone who is unable to walk stairs.
