Está a solo un corto paseo de la hermosa playa de Lambert's Cove desde este encantador hotel de 4 habitaciones, 2 baños personalizados a medida. La casa se encuentra en estado "como nuevo". Recientemente terminamos una renovación completa, incluyendo cubiertas nuevas, aire acondicionado central, ventanas, revestimientos, alfombras, pintura interior completa, plomería y mejoras eléctricas. Este año completamos las renovaciones de los dos baños, sembramos un nuevo césped y continuamos con el paisajismo.
El, el diseño abierto y aireado, con grandes terrazas en tres niveles ofrecen mucho espacio para vivir el verano al aire libre. En el primer nivel hay tres dormitorios y la instalación de lavandería. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen dos camas individuales en cada habitación. Las dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales se abren directamente a la cubierta del primer nivel. El segundo nivel cuenta con la sala de estar y el comedor y la cocina. El salón se abre a una gran terraza con parrilla de gas. Otro dormitorio (con una cama de matrimonio) con baño adjunto, una terraza separada y una zona preciosa para sentarse y leer completa el tercer nivel de la casa.
La casa está situada en una calle tranquila en parte por una colina que recibe la brisa fresca de sonido del viñedo. Hay un patio privado para que los niños jueguen.
Nuevas alfombras en toda la casa, nueva parrilla de gas al aire libre, nuevo refrigerador, estufa nueva cocina, nuevo sistema de acondicionador de agua.

Old friends, some we haven’t seen for more than a decade were able to come together to celebrate the anniversary of a local organization for the weekend. This home was very clean in a beautiful, secluded area. Josh was so easy to get ahold of and quick to communicate! I hope we can stay again for a longer time someday!

What a wonderful property! The house was great and there was plenty of space. Communication with the owner was very easy - they thought of everything! We felt very well taken care of and like special guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was beautiful but if travelling with people who mat struggle with stairs, this may not be the place to stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed (including beach stuff) and kitchen was VERY WELL stocked for MV with even 2 lobster pots(including an oyster shucker! Bonus!) . Lots of windows and doors for open air circulation but also A/C.
Note: The Master suite was awesome BUT as the floorplan is OPEN, you can hear everything from main floor. For us, not a big deal as NOISE=Grandchild was up and around so getting up anyway as we rarely see her due to where they live.
Deck was perfect as well and we enjoyed our breakfast at the table each morning. Many thanks to the Cohen's for answering all our questions as well! Thanks

The house is centrally located, nearly equidistant from Menemsha and Edgartown, and only minutes from Lamberts Cove Beach near the island’s north shore. Paved roads lead to a pull-through driveway with three-story home set back on a private, wooded lot. There is plenty of room to spread out. The home is very unique and well-equipped. Owners are very knowledgeable and responsive. We definitely had a great time and look forward to our next visit..!

The home was more beautiful than the pictures! we absolutely loved our stay here for our family reunion. the entire home was immaculate. Kitchen was fully stocked. Completely private location. Kids loved the outdoor shower with warm water! It truly is less than a mile to Lambert's Cove beach. We will definitely stay again in future trips. Pricing was generous compared to other properties. Hosts were easy to get in touch with. Book this home if you can!!

We had a great experience to stay in this place. The house was modern, beautiful and stuffed well. Just one thing you should be prepared: there is no lines and towels and you get the message about it in a couple of days before you arrived. It was first time when we rent a house, paid 5k and need to bring bath towels, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner, sheets and pillowcases, blanket. Your vacation starts with complete the all beds first. You also have a option to rent the sheets and towels -I don’t know what it means and in this case if some one to help you with beds or just delivered it.
In a good note you can find two beaches, long point beach-absolutely gorgeous: one side is the ocean with huge waves and on other side has a pond with ducks and warm water(you should make online reservation for parking spots and buy $20 ticket). We enjoyed the house and recommend everyone!

There is a spacious back yard and multiple decks to enjoy when not at nearby beach (Lambert’s Cove is beautiful) or exploring. The house is very well maintained and owner is very responsive. We have stayed in almost every town, in bigger (and smaller) homes and this house was our favorite. Would definitely recommend and return.

Just what we were looking for; A very private location, a central point from which a tour of the island could be arranged & enjoyed, yet close enough to services needed.The house is well maintained, comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen and bath amenities .It’s multiple levels each with its own decks afford views of the property and great outdoor experience.The owners are attentive, friendly and we’re helpful in replying to any questions and concerns we had.

My family and I were in awe of how spectacular this house is! It is structurally amazing, with THREE decks (and a hammock!) and plenty of trees surrounding the tranquil yard. Well stocked with whatever we needed. Highly recommended, stay here to have one more awesome aspect of your Vineyard trip. Josh, the host, is very responsive, informative, and accommodating.
