The size of the room was good

The breakfast is not good and staff was very slow

Location is good and room sizes are good.

Highly understaffed, service time very high.

Good clean ambience, helpful pleasant staff, comfortable bed and reasonably good food.

The roiftop pool was closed for repair but was not mentioned on booking as i booked it particularly for the pool. The restaurant tends to overdo with salt on everything. They were however obliging to see to it.

Nothing special or unique to like about the property.

The room and hotel was below average and not worth 4 star rating. Towels were not clean. I could see old stains in them. Luckily the beds were fine and didn't have bed bugs. Swimming pool had bugs in them and many of the tiles were broken. Pool towels were also not available. Roads around the hotel were in poor condition.

The stay was excellent. The road leading to the Hotel is very congested almost throughout the day. There's nothing the hotel can do about it.
