Absolutely love this home. The beach sand comes all the way up to the back door. Waldport has great food and it’s a quiet beach. Loved seeing the seals on the bayside.

We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing. It felt like a private beach. The house is very nice with all the amenities. We spent a great deal of time outside enjoying the weather and the beautiful beach. The booking and check in were so easy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The house is cute and right on the beach, which is quiet and beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. The door to the outside patio is only 30 inches wide, which is too narrow for some wheelchairs. If yours is wider, you’ll be stuck inside. Bring duraflame logs if you want to have a fire in the fireplace. And the beds are not very comfortable. They are sleep number beds. If you like that, you’ll be fine. But we found them to be unfriendly to sensitive backs. All that said, we had a wonderful time.

This property was so fun. We saw so much wildlife in the beach here. From bald eagles, Golden eagles, to seals! The house was very well kept and maintained and the property manager was quick to communicate if we had any questions. My kids (and myself) did not want to leave! It wasmy husband

This home exceeded our expectations! Besides allowing dogs and having two beautiful master bathrooms, including a huge tub and one with dual showers, the views were amazing, with the bridge on one side and the beach & sunsets on the other. The sandy Beach access is literally right out the back door! The large kitchen was easy to cook in and well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. There was also an authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant in town with live music. We saw active sea life, including seals sunning on the beach, a young eagle and even a vulture! We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and will definitely be back with our family!

Family loved it

We have stayed on the OR coast multiple times, but never anything like this. It is built into a sand dune. You have to experience it to get a true appreciation.

Were not able to check-in on time due the Cleaners were still onsite when we arrived. Some clean up was missed. and a few other small issues. Manager communicated well with regarding these issues. Overall the location was great and had an enjoyable time.

Great spot! Ocean out the living room windows and Bay out the dining. Fun to watch the crab boats, seals, and have more beach to walk than needed.

Quiet neighborhood. One level home easy to load and unload. Kitchen fully stocked. Great views. Easy beach access.

The house was just right for the four of us. Two ensuite bedrooms were perfect for the family. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the walk to the surf was mostly level and easy. The house has tons of games, strong internet, and great TV options. The fireplace was a nice option for the evening also.

This house was perfect for a few reasons... complete handicap accessible and, as it has two master suites, it was perfect for our two couples. The beach view and access is spectacular! The neighborhood was so quiet and hardly anyone else around. It's also real close to stores, coffee, and Waldport shops. The kitchen was well equipped, furniture comfy and beds were great. It was easy to find and offered a perfectly relaxing get-away for our mini vacay!

I specifically chose this home because it had easy beach access and could see waves from front windows. If you were lucky and had the sand grater swipe sand early in the season, I'm sure it was great. But being midsummer, the wind had blown a ton of sand in drifts to hamper our vision. Nature has it's power. We did get a few times that it blew lightly and our trip was better. The house was as described - shower was WONDERFUL! Had a good trip!

This was a beautiful property at the end of a peninsula of quiet beach. A middle ground between Florence (highly recommend the dune buggy rides at Sandland Adventures) and Depoe Bay (amazing whale watching). The property has two beautiful master bedrooms with handicap accessible, updated bathrooms. My only wish would have been to have windows that opened so we could feel the breeze of the ocean and hear the waves. But alas, since it’s in the middle of a dune that is understandable.

We couldn’t have been more happy about renting this amazing property in Waldport, OR. As a disabled veteran in a large wheelchair, the accessibility features of this home made our stay incredibly comfortable. My wife and kids truly enjoyed being right on the beach and it was a perfect location in the middle of the state to be able to access the Redwood Forests of Northern California as well as many other coastal communities. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again. The property management was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 STARS!!!

The house worked very well for someone in a wheelchair. It was completely accessible once we got inside. The view was beautiful. The beach was quiet. The only difficulty we had was that the vey steep driveway was covered in 8 to 10 inches of sand and we were not able to get in the driveway. We had to contact the owner and a property manager was sent out to shovel the driveway by hand. It took over an hour. We were left waiting to get into the house. The next day, a sand dozer came and removed more sand from the driveway. I just wish we had known ahead of time. There were no pictures of the driveway, so we had no idea.

Good: large space, outfitted very well, great location, nice bathrooms, great view, new couches. Bad: NO a/c, broken door knob, 1970 oven, dryer takes hours, sand everywhere had to dig out door mat and use 4 wheel drive to get in, no view from 2nd bdrm, tv in 2nd bdrm is like 16". Ugly: had to wash all sheets and protectors on BOTH beds (before we could even sleep) due to black dog hair, stains in carpet, dust everywhere (not clean), air filter was horribly gross, thus had to wash ALL dishes we were going to use in fear they were going to be as bad as everything else in home. It is a shame because the location and size of this home is great unfortunately it was NOT even close to clean. I have pics of filter, head board, plant, carpet, door knob (previously pointed out by someone else already and not fixed). When you allow pets you HAVE TOO wash the blanket otherwise the dog hair transfers to the rest of the bed. Fireplace does NOT work, entire house filled with smoke, could not even breathe.

The extra locking devices on the doors going out to the beach were broken on both doors going out this way. The north bathroom toilet paper holder was missing the center holder. Initial cleanliness was very poor especially in the entry rooms off of the beach. Most of the furniture still had sand on it. If necessary get a heavy duty canister vacuum to get this sand up. The cleaners were still cleaning when we showed up at 4:00PM, perhaps they got a late start??? The sand was getting piled up on the south and west side of the house and should be addressed before degradation occurs. The location is probably super if all you want to do is go down to the beach, we were crabbing on Alsea Bay and so had to do quite a bit of walking/driving to our other parties location.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our daughter and her family. Perfect location. So much to do in this area. We rented two boats at Dock of the Bay in Alsea and got 19 crabs between us. Fun time! We'll be back!

This area is one of our favorites and we had an absolutely delightful and restful time.
