A better fridge. as I was travelling and had a few things I would have liked to keep cool, I never need the grog in the fridge, we normally eat out and happy to drink with a meal, this is not the type of room that you would expect to use for food preparation
We are happy to pay for good accommodation, and this room filled our expectations, amazing amount of TV entertainment, but the Australian open was on and that was on free to air, yes we are keen tennis watchers

The convenience to my family who live there. The cleanliness. The familiarity of staying there. Always comfortable. The staff are lovely.
The room view of the Post Depot and all the trucks and delivery vans.. You don't get the hot breakfast in the reception room with a great cup of coffee and the open fireplace.

Simple , healthy with a good price and timely delivery
Couldn’t get the WIFi to work , despite reception providing me with a different set of passwords . Wanted to go for a swim because it was a lively sunny day and I had my wet suite top, but found out it was closed .

Room was very roomy and extremley clean bed was very comfortable and even though it is situated on a main road there is no noise. Staff were friendly

Clean, modern and spacious room with well equipped kitchenette.
The traffic noise during early morning and throughout the day was loud. Couldn’t have the sliding door on the balcony open at night so had to have the air conditioning on for ventilation.

Not a dislike of the property but it’s location being a 15/20 minute walk to town centre. Then again we like walking.

Room was comfy, good location and value for money.
Booked through booking.com and updated my card details, but the reception staff didn’t have any information on check in so charged the wrong card. That was annoying but probably not their fault since it’s either a web or system issue. Otherwise the stay was good.

Fantastic location. Gorgeous and spacious room with everything you could possibly need. Staff are great and always happy to help you.
The showerheads don't fit with the luxury feel the rest of the room had but are still functional.
