Dirty place, there were cafards, bad smell

The location is great

At check in, we were told the hotel was fully booked despite receiving not only one but two mail confirmations for our booking. At least they arranged a taxi that took us to another location and said we got a discount for the inconvenience, however that was the normal price for rooms in the other hotel.

-Cost is ok, it is a budget hotel -Location is good too, near the Casino supermarket/mall -Security guard is good and helpful

-The bathroom needs some rebuild -There were bugs in my room (found two tiny cockroaches running around), probably some cockroach traps are needed to eliminate the plague.

I didn't expect anything fancy, it was a last minute booking following a flight cancellation, and I needed to be in town for the day, so didn't even spend one night. Certainly their willingness to help!

Very modest hotel, but location is practical, price reasonable, and staff very helpful. I had them send by taxi to the airport something I had left behind and they did so very quickly, in time for me to recover it before boarding. Many thanks again!
