I liked the food quality. Choices were less though, but no compromise on quality. I also liked the concept of no plastic bottles, instead there were glass ones unlike many other hotels where we have use plastic bottles. Bathroom is too much indian style with bucket and all and I like it that way. Would be con for others but for me it's a pro.

Staff is very friendly indeed but they are short of it. I had to drag my luggage while checking out. Rooms are a bit old and can see dampness on walls. 6.5k per day is too much for it. 2 star for "value for money" category.

Staff were welcoming and their buffet Breakfast and Dinner was awesome. They do have pool, which we couldn't use due to rains. The recreation are was just about ok - a room with some board games, carroms etc

Okeyish facilities. Alacarte is expensive. Better to opt for package meals when booking hotel. This is closer to city - so don't expect nature views from room.

I stayed in suite and it was not really value for money.I didnot enjoy the stay.The food options specially those travelling from Eastern part like West Bengal is much less and quality of food below par.There was no elevator in the hotel.No AC in dinning room and was using stand fan in dinning room😅😅 like a budget hotel.The lock and key system was back dated..not touch key system. It is basically an upgraded budget hotel not at all a 3 star hotel.

First dont acclaim to be a 3 star hotel with such poor food options.Try to incorporate modern amenities available in other 3 star,4 star,5 star hotel. Warm water not available throughout the day..and available at 5am- 10am and 5pm-10pm. No Central AC in the rooms which we see in most 3 star and above hotels. In a suite there was no mini refrigerator .

Really courteous staff especially Ms. Sudha who was the house keeping staff. Food was very tasty and good variety. Loved the stay experience ❤

rooms are very spacious. overall property was very compact. very good location.

it is a bit old… well maintained however furnitures are bit old and shabby.

Pics shown in the website are different from actual absolute waste of money
