I love it and think it’s fantastic!

There was trash and dirty dishes in the ice room on the floor. The same dishes and food sat int he same place our entire stay. The smell of pot was prevalent our last two days of our stay.

we were moved 2 different times and then found a roach in the room! management didn’t want to reimburse anything just wanted to move us again

The comfy beds, nice bathroom, large tv, AC unit in the room. The infinity rooftop bar and restaurant was so good. Not a large menu, but an amazing view and place to eat at the hotel. We really enjoyed that piece.

Extra things added on at check in (parking fee, etc.)... Kind of confusing getting around the hotel. The Wi-Fi had to be paid for which is ridiculous. The bottle of water we got charged for and did not even touch it and it was $5. Absurd

Free breakfast was not good

the entire 7th floor (possibly the other floors) has a sewage gas leak. it’s smells awfully and my room was a corner suite so I had to walk with my family all the way to the end of the hallway to get to our room. we could not hold our breath that long. also, although it may not be a big deal for others…they tried to make me pay for parking if I didn’t join their free to join club. it was my wife’s birthday. :(

The maid trying to come in at 9:30am. But then we didn't have the do not disturb on the door. Seems early to be wanting to clean and it scared us
