Not a bad location it’s about a five min walk to the Spanish steps and about a 6 minute walk to the trevi fountain. There was a lot of restaurants close by and mini markets.

I wasn’t satisfied with the cleaning. The cleaning crew did change the sheets and provided clean towels however the room overall seemed dusty and the bathroom cleaning seemed mid. The bed was hard I didn’t mind however my husband has back problems he had issues falling asleep. Wasn’t worth the price I expected a little more from a “four star hotel” but it was in the middle of tourist season. Our hotel room was across the street in another building looks like the second floor of an apt building wasn’t really an issue you use a hotel key to get to your room and there’s an elevator.

Room was big, comfortable and clean. Very good location next to Piazza Spagna and lovely walk to main Colosseo and other sites.

The location of the hotel is good easily walkable to Trevi and Pantheon

The hotel has no iron at all. We had to take our clothes in the shower to steam them naturally. When we asked the hotel staff for an iron they said they stopped providing it after a hotel guest misplaced it. Very disappointed. Also the door to the room never really locks, if you put your body weight against the door it’ll open. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only advantage hotel had was its location.

Staff, rooms, beds and the breakfast area was very poor. The room for breakfast was very small and it was uncomfortable even to seat next to any table. They also calculated some additional fees for service which our friends did not even use. During our 6 day stay nothing in the room was changed from hygiene items.

They’re SCAM! they send you to a very bad old building as “ they have only 5 rooms in the hotel” we came at noon, to be fair the guy who greeted us at the reception was very friendly, he took our luggage and explained to us a bit about the city and told us at 3 that they can offer us a room. we decided to spend our day and come at night directly to our rooms. the receptionist at night is VERY RUDE. 1- when he saw us 3 ladies first he told us go to the room and take your luggage. ( any other person with no morals can easily steal luggage without him knowing) 2- He told us that the hotel is fully booked ( as they have only 5 rooms) and he wanted to send us to a very very old dirty building across the street. we were very shocked as there is no sign of the hotel there and the condition of the building is horrible and dirty. it is as if like he rented an extra room for cheap in an old building. the building doesnt even deserve 1 star! 3- we told them that it is unacceptable since this is not what we booked! even if we wanted to have breakfast we have to cross the street to go to the hotel. at the end after a huge arguments, we told him we need a room in the hotel we booked not in the dirty old building or he refunds us the money. if not we will call the police since this is not what we booked and there is absolute no sign of the other building being a hotel , and on booking they didnt mention that as well. so he decided to put us in another hotel of the same chain 5 steps away. it took us about 1 hour of constant shouting and arguments to receive what we actually payed for! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL ! BIG SCAM

Mattresses did not have any protection cover which I find very unhygienic. This should be a requirement.

Very central location, in the middle of the shopping district in Rome city centre. very good value for money. room was large as well.

The view onto the city street was nice.

We were promised a double bed and two twin beds, we got two double beds… They promised to fix it but the next day they had just given us an extra duvet for one of the double beds. We didnt have the best experience with the staff.

Excellent Location, Staff and Room. Welcomed by reception staff and shown to our room, (very friendly and helpful). Staff member carried our bags to the room for us which was a nice touch after a long day of travelling. The location is so central, Spainish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon very close and Colosseum is walkable and a nice walk. The room was beautiful, very spacious and lovely rainfall shower. When it came to leave we had an evening flight, the receptionist kindly offered to store our bags for the day, completey free of charge. Then we came to collect our bags, the receptionist rang a taxi for us, when the taxi arrived, a staff member carried our bags out to the car. Felt so looked after, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Will definately be back.

Location superb. Place spotless. Nothing fancy in decor but perfect for Rome.
