Room smelled like mold. Manager suggested two other room on the same floor and building and they both smelled like mold too.
We had to sleep with windows opened but when the room is right above the kids center that meant sleeping until 7AM in the best case. We we were offered vip card two days before we left, which only gave us 10% off from two meals we had at their restaurants.
Also I have never been to the a Spa Resort where you had to pay for the Sauna.
Their prices simply don’t match the service and the quality of stay.

The place is like a small village, right on the beach, and I especially liked the connection between the huge pool, the poll bar and the sea.
Not the best place if you're with a younger company. Making any noise after 23:00 means some mature/senior guests will go and complain. At the end, the staff told us explicitly that they're disappointed by us, which was quite unprofessional

The complex is excellent in terms of facilities. Our apartment was spacious, very well equipped and designed. The location was more than perfect and the patio was lovely for the kid. He loved the kindergarten as well. The kids pool was also good - the water was warm enough. The piccolos behaved very professionally.
The food in the restaurants were average. However, the prices are as high as for a chef's restaurant. We had stomach pains..
