major building works to another apartment in block creating a lot of dust. Jackhammer being used on the Friday and Monday morning at 8.30 and 7.30 am - very loud and couldn’t hear yourself think. When we complained to agent they said they were unaware of works even though managed other properties in the building and cleaners were visiting regularly. It really disrupted our stay. Talking and laughter could be heard from next door which went on until 3am and made it difficult to sleep. otherwise property clean and basic necessities. Lacking additional pillows, another easy chair in living room, no mirrors in bedrooms and no instruction manual for appliances including TV.

Location was good. Near to tourist attractions!

internet has poor connection which is not okay for people that traveled and wants to send a message that they arrived or else

The location was nice.

The check-in time was too late 3pm and it seems like you are talking to a computer when making requests. The building entrance stairs lobby smelled really bad. The apartment was good and very nice location as well. The house rules felt like too demanding as if i am in a boarding school. Maybe the apartment thing is not for me.

Good location next to the subway and very close to the park and shopping centre ..5 minute walk . the apt was very big .with toilet separate.good if your a group too.washing machine dishwasher on hand too if required.Opposite and under the apartment good bread shop/cafe.

Location was ideal , close to public transport and walking distance to city centre & just outside your door bakeries & grocery stores .

One of the beds had a dip in it so you would roll into the dip . I think need new mattress . Didn’t like being woken up early by banging , knocking & vibrations in the bedroom . There was some renovating going on .

New repaired apartment. Good location.

No keys to enter to the building, need to stay and wait when someone will open the door. Not convenient. No privacy in the WC and bathroom, no lockers.

Nothing, no complaints!

The beds were very comfortable and fans available. The kitchen was well appointed and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

There were a lot of homeless people but that isn’t the fault of the property. There was a mattress with a person on it every night outside the security gate. We were not bothered though. The apartment was clean on the surface but the washer and shower curtain were moldy. We disinfected and it was fine. The outside of the apartment was dirty but the apartment was fine.

I must say that after i could reach to correct address, it was a very good and spacious apartment. All rooms were clean and tidy. Location was in city center so one can go any direction. It was easy to find the key.

I faced inconvenience for reaching to correct destination as i got last email from booking.com with a wrong address so i had to pay extra charges for taxi service. The other point is related to elevator and i don't understand why the building doesn't have a new elevator while the apartments are quite nice. The elevator is very old and every time we were afraid that it may get stuck in middle way.

I wasn’t aware that there’s no AC

The apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location - easy to get to from the airport and you can walk out of the door into the heart of Vienna. We were concerned from the pictures that the rooms would be too light but the curtains and shutters kept the bedroom and living room dark at night.

The small, old lift to get to the apartment - it took two slow trips to get our family of four up and down each time. The kitchen wasn't especially well equipped (eg although it had two ovens and a blender, it didn't have a frying pan or scissors), but you'll want to eat out for most meals.

The appartment was spacious, and very clean, situated really close to Stephplatz, many restaurants and the subway. The HeyMi apartment team were very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Location is excellent just 4 mins away from St Stephen's Cathedral, all amenities and underground station. Cleanliness Apartment is very spacious and full of light - everything was very clean Information provided to help make our stay better - restaurants/things to do etc.

Overall the bathroom and toilet room tiles and facilities could be slightly improved since they look quite old compared to the rest of the apartment's furnishings. Also, it is quite an inconvenience to have 2 separate rooms. But on the whole it was a great stay!
