Nothing was right, horrible experience. This hotel is stated as 5 star and accomodadates the Indian national cricket team. Regardless of that the accomodation doesn't reflect any quality or special features.
Dirty bed sheets, room untidy, floor not swept or vacuum cleaned.

We were given a free upgrade, the rooms were excellent and breakfast was delicious.
The swimming pool had not tidy- we could not use it

not much to mention. perhaps the no tipping policy was a surprise.
Unsmiling and unwelcoming front desk. bathroom not well appointed. had to ask for towels though the number of guests was known to them. no coffee in the room. the kettle was unplugged from wall socket. had to get help (pen) to plug it.

Overall, Sayaji Rajkot was fantastic. The hotel rooms are modern and clean, with fantastic customer service from staff.
Other areas of the hotel were not clean, especially outdoors areas. Additionally, the swimming pool was out of order because of the water quality.
