Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Location proximate to the main attraction. Room spacious and clean. Food quite reasonable, too. For those interested in the historical sites of Badami, this is the place to stay and at a good pricepoint.
Facilities are showing wear and tear, to be expected, everything still works, just adjust your expectations.

my booking reservation said Family suite; which i generally expect a smaller living room space and a separate bedroom. however what i got was a Family room which is a singe large room with 4 beds and a small sofa; and two bathrooms side by side; not my idea of suite.
however, no other complaints on the room; excellent central location. Badami caves are a 7 minute drive..

The Location was Perfect for sightseeing per foot. Service and Food are very nice. Only the Room 105 was a bit noisy in Night.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with great amenities.

only it is in a crowded market area but the plus point is the main attractions ( sight seeing) was at a walking distance so it didn’t matter much

Big spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Near to cave temples. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Wifi connection was also good.

This property is a gem in a chaotic small Indian city. Both management and staff are helpful, kind and a health of information of the many sight in the area. I suggest that you visit and stay in this property ell visiting Badami.
