Perfect location. Close to bus stops and local shops. Short walk to the coast and restaurants. Daily cooked British breakfast included as well as Maltese bread and the traditional Maltese pastizzi. Loved the coffee machine in the room and on request a kettle was also provided. Majority of staff at reception and restaurant were courteous and friendly. Rooftop restaurant kindly provided a vegetarian meal so we could attend a Mother's Day lunch.

Sometimes floor in reception area was washed in the morning when guests were walking in and out creating a slipping hazard. On a couple of occasions coffee and juice machines in restaurants were not working but no 'out of order ' notice placed on them so guests were often seen trying to use them. Need to include vegetarian options in their restaurant menu.

The staff is very kind and helpful,the area is very quiet the most I liked is the terace area bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was poor for a hotel like this it should serve intercontinental breakfast not English breakfast all week also the eggs are cooked half done who does not like it like that he has not other choices.

The very friendly and helpful management and staff, always ready to assist. Up-to-date facilities in the room - nicely furnished, comfortable bed, very clean and well serviced room and 24 hour reception service and bar. Excellent selection of food and hot and cold drinks for breakfast. Excellent facilities on the rooftop level including a swimming pool, sun deck, a very well stocked bar and a very good and reasonably priced restaurant with very efficient level of service. The hotel is also located in a very quiet area with only a few meters to a bus stop and a very good bus service. In our opinion the Cerviola is a 3 star hotel that punches well above its weight.

We find it hard to find anything we did not like.

Very well placed, excellent helpful staff, very good value for money. Good breakfast as others have said. a gold star for cleanliness. Interestingly the 'information booklet' was the most comprehensive we have seen, better than many 5 star hotels we have used

Bed was very uncomfortable squeaking each time you sat on it or moved rest of the room was good. Please note a replacement ceiling bulb might be required. Existing one presently flickering. Noisy bathroom door - some WD 40 perhaps would ease this minor problem otherwise thank you for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the coffee machine and juice machine didn't work one morning. But in general all was good. Room was nice. I can admit, that the maids in a hotel hallway at 8.00 was already very loud in communication with each other. I woke up because of this a few times. About cleanliness, it was ok, but not excellent (floors). Roof top was great.

As I mentioned, maids could be little more quieter. In general everything was fine.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but definitely only worthy of a 3* status. The public areas were very well kept and modern looking. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good free wifi. Some of the breakfast was ok. Pastries, yogurt, cereals, meat, cheese, bread. Coffee machine. Apples, oranges & sometimes bananas, bowl of tinned fruit.

The rooms are drab and a bit worn looking, but clean. We booked a "deluxe" double room with balcony. There was definitely nothing deluxe about it. And the balcony had 2 plastic chairs and a very small plastic table in between. Impossible to sit out as the 3 bits of furniture filled the "balcony". I immediately went to reception to complain (something I never do on holiday) To be fair the lady showed me 2 more rooms. The 1st was about 6 inches bigger and the 2nd was better with more room outside but twin beds. I settled on that one. We booked bed & breakfast. Buffet style. Same thing every day. Cold beans, bacon, sausage, fried eggs, fresh cooked tomatoes, all swimming in oil.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

The staff is amazing. Special thanks to the girl that was working at the reception. The room and the hotel in general are clean. I don’t think there’s a better hotel in whole Malta for this price.

The room was lacking a bit of fresh air since there is only one window that is almost blocked by another building.

We were in the Graciola apartment. It’s a great place with all you need (except hairdryer). The staff was exceptional. They helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was great as well and I have to give special thanks to the guy that was serving it. He should get a raise. :) Also, the hotel is well connected to other cities.

When you enter the hotel, your first impression is very good. Entering the room is different. Tiny, smelly (from the toilet and in general), the old mattress you feel and hear every move doesn't allow you to sleep well. But for one night it's OK.
