Staff were friendly. We told them we were going to arrive before the check in time and needed to drop off our bags until it was time to check in. They actually made the appartment ready for early check in, a whole 3-4 hours earlier. Also, they held our bags safe in their office after we checked out for a few hours while we did some shopping in the area. They were responsive via messages and telephone. The appartments are right in probably the best area for shopping in Portsmouth. Great location. The TV was large (55 inch) and had various streaming services. The view was nice. The kitchen was very well-equipped.

Nothing really significant. Just normal wear and tear in some of the kitchen's cupboards. The appartment did not have hot water ready when we arrived, but I soon figured out we had to turn on the boiler.

The immersion heater is not big enough to run a bath even a few inches deep. The water was red hot then went cold so we couldn't even have a shower on sat night!!! Also the balcony door is very difficult to unlock and lock

Great service, met in the car park where we were directed to our allotted parking space and escorted to the apartment to be shown where everything was. Very comfortable and roomy apartment in a great location.

First: there were machines that aren’t working and totally broken, the stove: , before we discovered that isn’t working we bought plenty of groceries for cooking, then we had to get rid of it because the stove isn’t working! -dishwasher, we spoke with the agent from day 1 , they didn’t do anything about it, except sending a worker who did nothing and had to leave to re-schedule another appointment, where is way after our stay, and we were staying for a whole week. so imagine a whole week with no stove no dishwasher, so no cooking and to clarify a point, we chose to stay in a apartment rather than a hotel, so we can cook and enjoy some house activities. Secondly, the hygiene is not as expected. for instance the bathrooms weren’t very clean, we had to clean them intensively before using them. Also, i found a piece of chips under the table on the living room, so this shows that no intense cleaning activity has taking place after the previous renters. Thirdly, at day 1 they asked as for a deposit of £200 restrictly in (CASH), after leaving we asked them about the method of how we can get our deposit amount and we want it in cash either such exactly like we gave them, they replied with “we can only transfer it through a britian bank account” since you’re dealing with tourist from outside the country how can you make sure that every renter has a britain bank account so you can return their deposit amount!!?? Their way of dealing with renter isn’t professional Fourthly, Late response at every time we’re tryied to reach them. I will never recommend and of my family or friend to this agent.

Excellent location in large apartment with harbour views. Bedding and apartment was excellent and shopping outlet close by.

Everything met expectations

Location is great. Apartment was quite spacious and well equipped

Decor needs updating. Bath panel and edging in the kitchen is coming away. Underfloor heating the main area did not work. Only one set of towels available for a 3 day stay. TV could do with an update as could the duvet and pillows they were lumpy.

Cleanliness- towels should have been white. They were grey with marks on( we went out to buy some towels) Bed linen- marked Carpets stained, grubby Mattress in main bedroom was awful with a big dip in it. No carpet door strip in bathroom. Shower door leaked onto the floor
