Fantastic room in a great location in Pollonia. Good wifi, great size living and bathroom and on-site parking.

only had German/Austrian TV.

The property felt private and was a short walk to the town of Pollonia. The room was modern, clean and had all the amenities needed. We were very pleased with our stay as a whole. Staff were helpful and proactive. We highly suggest staying here, only thing we’d do differently is book the room with a pool as the jacuzzi was too hot with the weather.

Our first-floor mini-apartment ("private residence") was wonderful. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped (including a panini press), so each morning we were able to put together a satisfying hot breakfast in no time. A terrace with a pool certainly provides relaxed and cozy ambience - even if one does not use the pool all the time. Perfect to spend time and relax outside in the afternoon and in the evening, after exploring Milos beaches. The fact that the property is right next to the road (the terrace is facing it) did not bother us at all - maybe because in early June the traffic was not that overwhelming. Inside, with windows closed, the traffic noise is no issue at all (and there is not much traffic at night, I would guess). Pollonia with its restaurants is indeed within walking distance, although one does have to walk on a shoulder (or on the road itself) and to be observant of the passing cars. Each of the three residences has its own marked free parking space, which makes for orderly and worry-free parking. Beach mats and beach towels were provided and much appreciated (there was also a portable beach umbrella, but we did not use it). Anastasia and Fratzeska were easy to get in touch with (we did it through SMS) to answer questions and respond to requests. Personally on site we interacted with Fratzeska who is super nice and helpful.

The property appears to get hot water exclusively from solar power. So when the weather was cloudy for a couple of days, in the mornings we had only cold water. Otherwise, with sunny days, there seemed to be plenty hot water to last through the night. And on a sunny morning the solar heater quickly picks up. Maybe we should not have been waking up so early :-)

We stayed in the upstairs room with the Jacuzzi, and loved our room. It was very very clean and beautifully furnished. The location was a short 5 minute walk into Pollonia town. Even though it wasnt right inside the centre of the town, the walk into town is a very easy walk and the spot felt very private and away from chaos! Being so close to Pollonia was great, as it ended up being our most favourite town in Milos! There is the main beach and then a nicer small beach at the pointy end of the town. There is plenty restaurants and cafes there, which were again some of our most favourite places out of the whole of Milos! Its a quick walk to the closest cafe( Mrs Rose I believe it was called), which served beautiful coffee, traditional sweets and cheese/spinach pastries, so the fact that they didnt serve breakfast was no bother to us at all!

Anastasia our host was exceptional, from the moment we booked she provided guidance for beaches and things to see and do. she arranged for pick up and drop offs as needed. The room was new, clean and well stocked. We rented an ATV and spent the days exploring various beaches. We then booked a Catamaran for 10 of us through Odysseus A Cruises (Sotiris owner and captain Demetrius) were fantastic!! Highly recommend this if you want to really see all of Milos!

location was right on the Main Street so a little noisy outside but inside was quiet.

We had a fantastic time in Terra Oliva! The apartment is super well decorated, has all you need for a great stay and was very clean. The pool is cute and the property is surrounded by olive trees and the staff super friendly. The only little downside is the road in front of the property which can be a bit busy at times. This however did not disturb us during our excellent stay!
