The apt has two large bedrooms and two full baths. The beds were very comfortable. Also, there is no noise from the street on this block, always appreciated.

The living room could use a comfortable arm chair. Also, renters should know that it is a second floor walk-up.

It was better than the photos. Safe neighborhood; safe building. Quiet at night but lots of vibrant activity going on all around. Easy access to so much; cafes, restaurants, etc.

Location, host, bedrooms, and bathrooms were great. I felt safe and comfortable in the apartment.

Apartment was on the 5th floor and no elevator available. Apartment was DIRTY!. Floors with hair even in the kitchen. Bed had glitter on the cover. No water pressure from the bathroom faucet, water was just trickling down. Bedrooms did not have any piece of furniture for placing bags or clothes. Very disappointed. There are several other apartments in the area with better qualities than this one

Very cold and the little heater was not enough to warm up the entire apartment.

Our apartment on the second floor at Sinaloa 46 exceeded our expectations and I was already sure I was going to love it. Two people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining room, great location --- heavenly. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Prior to our arrival, all questions were handled in a timely manner. We arrived late in the evening and Efren was standing at the street door to welcome us and show us the apartment- Very hospitable – we had all our questions answered and agreed to continue communicating. We felt very welcome. It was lovely to be on a tree lined quiet street with restaurants nearby. Easy walking, excellent location, great restaurants all around: a vibrant neighborhood. –and not noisy. It didn’t surprise me that the apartment was not heated – very common in Mexico. We have wonderful heavy covers and an electric heater for early morning and late evening and despite it being December the weather was mild. Efren has a wealth of information regarding the neighborhood and was quick to answer every question and make suggestions. We walked, took public transportation and used Uber to cram in 10 days of sightseeing. Looking forward to a return visit not only to CDMX but to this property. Thanks for everything.

The property is well situated. It is close to many attractions and subway (metro) service. It’s also very safe. Mr Efren was really nice. And was prompt to answer all our questions.

Property manager answers calls and text right away for any problems. Beds conformable.

They dont provide you keys to the rooms only main entrance. Daughter locked room by mistake. Call property manager and hour later went to unlock. No A/C , only 1 tv in living room.

Checkin required meeting someone for the key. Super spacious place with comfy beds and hot shower.

WiFi was a bit questionable. Able to send emails and such, but difficult for a full workday.

Perfect communication, easy to get the keys, very helpful ideas for dinner And for sure amazing location! Be apartment is nice, very clean, the bedrooms are big and comfortable. It had even 2 bathrooms! Looking forward to come again!

Such a wonderfully situated location. The proprietor is kind and communicative. Quiet at night. So easy to access sites, restaurants, busses.

Only one exit. No fire or earthquake plans or protection. Stairs, in case you can't navigate those.

The property is very well located, close to tons of cafes and restaurants as well as walking distance to Bosque de Chapultepec. Our host was very nice and and addressed issues promptly.

Unfortunately, the wifi in the apartment was very bad, but the host took steps to fix it when we left, so hopefully it's working better now. Also, the apartment is on a 4th floor with no elevator - something to keep in mind for older people or if you are traveling with little kids and a lot of luggage.

The wifi had a lot of problems and dropped calls several times.

- shower was good (when it was hot) - free drinking water - everything works - big double bed in main bedroom very comfy - telly good - the guy who runs it is really nice.

- this flat is clearly a converted office or something - there’s no sound proofing whatsoever so you can hear everything from any other flat in the block. - building works from 8am opposite that are so loud in the flat Monday - Saturday. not the fault of the owner but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper - the flat is freezing. colder outside than in and no heating or air con. - sofas are uncomfortable - harsh lighting and decor, not the best atmosphere.
