this was a very nice condo to stay in. overall, everything worked as it should. nice location, adequate parking with a reserve lot, nice amenities and a central location to do everyting. only a few minor improvements needed: the king bed in the master was as soft as a bag of marshmellows, and is in dire need of replacement. as cheap as tv's are these days, all 3 of the tv's are due for an upgrade. but at least there were plenty of channels, and even a nice Kenwood stereo to enjoy. also, when the wind blows from the north, the weatherstripping on the sliding doors allows a annoying moaning sound. overall though, it was a nice unit to stay in.

This condo was better than described! We absolutely loved it here! The condo was huge! Had everything you needed, location to the beach was great. Quiet setting, comfy beds, and loaded kitchen! We’ve been coming to the Gulf for years and so far this is our favorite place to date!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh, and ready to receive us. Everything was in place....kitchen conveniences, hair dryer, extra covers. The unit was well insulated and amazingly quiet. Very convenient to fine seafood, shopping, and of course that magnificent beach. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

The property was just what our family was looking for. Clean, quiet, right on the beach with a wonderful pool, as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Communication with owner/check-in was wonderful. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

This was the 20th anniversary of our girls trip. Was not happy with living room furniture very uncomfortable bedrooms need new covers second bathroom need a vanity where we got the towels it was just thrown in and door shut. Do not like the key entrance very hard place needs to be updated everything was very old curtains we old shower you could not set the temperature

Such a wonderful place, well furnished, and super clean. We enjoyed every second here. Super easy beach access, nice pools and very quite. Will defiantly stay again when visiting Perdido Key.

We were very sad to leave our relaxing girls vacation. Do not hesitiate to stay at this wonderful condo. The condo is as exactly as shown in the pictuers. Beautiful condo, beautiful views and has everything you will need supplied.Tiffany, the owner, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions you will have. Thank you Tiffany. The beach is so beautiful. The water was warm. We enjoyed watching the dolphins go by every morning around 8:30am. I already miss being there. Stay here you wont regret it !

This was our second time visiting Perdido Beach staying at the Palacio, first time in this unit.
It was very spacious and had everything we needed! The hosts were wonderful at communicating when we had a few questions, very prompt and courteous.
Gorgeous view, very comfortable accommodations. We already booked again for next year!

The resort was great and dealing with our property manager was awesome . Tiffany was so responsive and kind to our questions. The apartment was in a gorgeous location with the views of beach and ocean . If I was to critique anything about unit would be that they should update the silverware a bit ( 3 different styles in the drawer’s) . I know this is a minor thing but only giving feedback for improvement for the owners. We loved the place so much though we booked already for next year and can’t wait to return .

The property is in the perfect spot! There is a coffee shop, pizza place and restaurant across the street. All are exceptional! The over flow parking lot is super easy to access with a cross walk less than a block away.

We had a great stay here. The location was great for us. We like to be somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle, so this was great. The Publix is just over the bridge and we were about 20 min from downtown Pensacola. We cooked in quite a bit with shrimp and fish from Joe Patty’s, and enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. Walk to the beach was very quick as we are right on top of the beach - short boardwalk. The large pool was a bit cold however the lap lane definitely was heated. Only complaint is more so other guests not being considerate of others. Children were left unattended quite a bit, one got out of the over run hot tub and peed in the bushes right by is. I guess I should be happy he at least had enough manners to not go in the hot tub lol. Not sure if local staff get involved in that, but again, that’s more on lack of self awareness of other guests and not the owner of the unit that we were guests of. They are redoing the parking lot, so we did have to park several times across the street, but again, not an issue. We would stay here again.

Short walk to the beach, the most towels of any condo, a ice maker that WORKED and put out plenty of ice. Pool toys for the kids, even though we didn’t need those it was nice to see. It’s the little things I guess. The condo was a little dated but a very good value. The only problem our week was the parking. They closed off half of the parking lot for roof repairs but then did nothing. Three of our group had handicap permits and had to try to scurry across 5 lanes of traffic. We did call to complain but never got a call back. Maybe they knew it just wouldn’t change anything. Overall a good experience.

The property was as described. The view was beautiful. Location fabulous with amazing restaurants across the street. The two of the lamps didn’t work, but everything else was great. I would suggest directions for the tv and various remotes.

Had a great time staying at the Palacio, The room was very neat and tidy! No problems at all with anything, There are plenty of things to do within 20 minutes of location! Overall loved it and will definitely keep this location in mind!

The condo was beautiful and the ocean view was great.
The noise level was terrible. You could hear the entire complexe. When someone would slide the glass doors to trash trucks at 4:00 AM. I will not choose to stay here again based on that.

The property was everything we expected and more. Great size, great amenities and onsite security which makes you and your stuff feel safe. Location is close enough to everything but far enough away from the hustle.

View from balcony is great, Mattress is very soft, I am use to very firm so doesnt feel like much support but thats a personal preference. It is clean however noticed dust or dirt buildup on baseboards and some dirty areas on doors but that is minor. Overall looks clean. Manager is nice and responds quickly to messaging. Will stay in this unit again

Great location right on beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Condo had everything we needed to cook our meals when we wanted. Balcony was awesome for morning coffee and evening drinks. Close enough to Gulf Shores AL to be able to enjoy that area also. Perdido Key is a great area because it is not crowded and overly “touristy” and has the the most beautiful beeches.

Last year when we came, we stayed in this exact condo and had no issues.

This is a comfortable well located property. We walked to restaurants and grocery store was 10 minutes away. Well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Quick response from property manager. We've already booked for next year. Thanks for sharing your property!
