Vynikajúca poloha hotela, pomer kvalita cena je výnimočná.

Treba akceptovať, že hotel sa nachádza v pešej zóne, kde je veľa reštaurácii a barov. Hluk hudby a ruch klimatizácii bol počuť aj cez zatvorené okná do druhej ráno. Naše izby boli hneď na prvom poschodí. Odporúčam si rezervovať izbu na vyššie poschodie. Pri platení kartou nás personál presviedčal na hotovostnú platbu kvôli kurzovej strate. Celkovo v Azerbajdžane nemajú radi platby kartou.

Great location, very nice accomodations including beautiful outdoor patio/garden space for drinks and relaxing after a day of exploring.

Location was great. In the mid of happening place. Easy access to everywhere. The room was of decent size. Staff were nice

No functional safe deposit in the room. Not very clean. Sometimes very noisy at night due to proximity to the market Some basic formalities like iron weren't there in the room and service would be charged separately.

Nothing this hotel doesn't support visitors no friendly staff

They reception is annoying and will outside the room annoying just destroyed our whole trip expecially the receptionist not supportive at all the person name is afgan. They don't care for tenants have thinking of old aged people doesn't support guest

Very un professional behavior of front desk, miscommunication is a normal practice and if u want to stay in this hotel please get all things in writing ✍️ or else you will end up posting similar review about a bad experience. 👎

We loved our stay - the room was adorable and the balcony was amazing! Great bed, very comfy and a great sized room.

They charge 18% extra on paying via credit card. Only this hotel charged extra 18% on paying via credit card rest all restaurants etc charged on actuals. They didn’t change bed sheets, simply put then in order and you reuse the same bed sheet.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Within walking distance to the city. Lots of cafes around the hotel. Staff are lovely and anything we asked wasn’t a problem.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Great restaurants and cafe nearby. Nice, comfortable and super clean room, with all the facilities, and most importantly, a responsive and helpful team, who made our stay the most enjoyable and comfortable.

Location is the most centre you can get

Rooms are very different, you might be unlucky to get small and low sealing room

The staff is nice and helpful and the beds very confortable. If you search an accommodation in the center, this is the best place.

There is small refurbishment work to do in the bathroom but I saw that there is already something in place to do it. Good job !

Everything was just excellent! The staff was just great, friendly and hospitable at every moment. The room was spacious, clean and gorgeous, with a beautiful balcony and comfy bed. The location is very good, close to the Old City, with many restaurants and shops nearby. As I was working during my stay, I must compliment the in-house internet, as I did not need to use mobile data at all. Special thanks to Mrs Breakfast Manager, she's a gem! :)

Excellent location, very close to metro station and other attractions in the old city. Very convenient to walk or by metro as it's easily accessible.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Lots of great restaurants, cafe’s and bars in a very short walking distance. Perfect base to explore Baku for a city break. If you’re an F1 fan, the hotel entrance is virtually on the track through the Baku old town section.

The location is perfect ! Next to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and 2-3 min to the old city. You cant ask for more in terms of the location. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful - they are 24hrs in the front-desk. I cant say something bad for the staff wifi is fast enough - i didnt have any problems

The pictures were not accurate on the room state! The room size is like a prison cell and not spacious as in the pictures plus it is dirty I found hair and old stains in the carpet... during the night I could smell smoke from other rooms probably because the ventilation is old and not working properly. Another thing is that the socket plug was not working properly and I had to relocate the cable so that it will charge my phone... If you want something that is next to everything and you dont really care for the comfort then I would suggest this place, otherwise

I have an issue with their being stuff acumulated in the staircase between the 4th and 5th floor, something absolutely reprehensible and a hazzard in case of fire. Also the fact that the café at the lobby was not open Rooms are noisy, not only because of the street but also because the soundproofing is non existing

The only single good part in this hotel is the location. But there are plenty other good hotels in this area. So I wouldn't even bother looking at this hotel after our bitter experience. Highly NOT Recommended!

- Administrations is running a dirty trick, they give you an unworking machine to pay by card, blame it on your card, then they make you pay by cash. We have cards with no spending limit, and never or ever had problems with card payments, specially in Baku. If you face this trick, just do yourself a favor, find a better and honest hotel nearby. - We requested 2 months ahead 1 FULL BED, they put us in a room with twin beds connected. Very disappointing. - Beds were stiff like a rock, it was super uncomfortable. - Very bad soundproofing. You can every time somebody walks the rooms corridor, or opens their door, or puts electronics in the sockets in room next to you. Ground rooms windows are close to some outdoor restaurant's air conditioner so it can be hard to sleep at night. - Very dangerous 5 inch high step to get into the bathroom. This hotel is not good fit for mobility disability people. - No basic toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste. Every respectable hotel provides these. - No Conditioner, although it's stated in hotel's bathroom facilities. - Shampoo and Shower Gel are the same color & consistency, they really think guests are stupid not to notice this? - Must request room cleaning every single day or they won't clean your room. - Room cleaning is a joke, they don't really clean it or vacuum the room, they just make your bed, put new water bottles, and take the trash out. Also, every time they "cleaned" our room there was very strong smell of cigarettes. - Must request Electric Kettle, although it's stated part of hotel's room facilities. - Taxis & Tours packages provided by the hotel are 2 or 3 times more expensive than what you can get on Bolt Taxi or tour companies around. So be aware.
