The property was great and Ferdanando was so great and accommodating. He went out of his way to make us at home.

location was great, Ferdinando was very helpful and friendly, the water in the fridge made me super happy as most places don’t provide this simple thing. the beds were very comfortable.

It has many misrepresentations in the advertising on booking.com including seaview. There is a lovely mountain view but the Seaview is only visible if you lean out the window.
Misrepresentation of the advertising. You can’t sleep from 5am as the water tank fills up making a very loud noise.

Unique apartment in the Tropea downtown. You feel like you live in the early 19th century. Close to the beach (not counting a lot of steps to get there). Good restaurants right at the apartment door.
I'd prefer a bit softer mattress.

the host was very amicable and courteous and the location is just off the main cathedral which is excellent . the room has good facilities including an umbrella to take to the beach, a minibar and radio shower. Although the rate is slightly on the high side, it was all worth it during the peak season. Breakfast was superb and plentiful.
the drain of the shower was a little too slow for the flow of water. the radio controller in the shower does not function fully.

* Very comfortable bed, pillows, as well as good bed settings.
* You will find there everything what you need even for longer stay e.g. washing machine.
* Great location and views from the balcony, overlooking the hills and port in Tropea.
* Highly recommended place!
