the staff in the reception are very friendly, and the location is exceptional there are many famous restaurants and cafes

One bedroom had one curtain missing. Shower cubicle door missing. Shower drainage poor. Electronic door key not working.

I like the small bar at the entrance and the closeness the tobacco/vape shop next door restaurants close by was a plus.

Dear Sir/Madam To whomever it may concern, We made a booking to Etlalet Ebhar Furnished Units for three rooms; two rooms for 1 night for £107.13 (booking ref: 2147197778) & one room for 5 nights for £267.82 ( booking ref: 2288574311). The total amount to be paid was £374.95. However, I was charged £4561.50! I tried to contact the accommodation and spoke to a member of staff who said that due to a system failure they were unable to check and would give us a call back in 10 minutes. However I received no call and they did not pick up any of my calls later that I tried. I need this to be looked at as soon as possible and demand my money back.I’d like this sorted between us before we feel the need to bring other authorities in play to resolve this issue.
