well looked after and very clean. lovely pools and nice food as part of all inclusive. also Turkish bath was amazing. great for kids also with great play are and 2 pools for children.

the staff were really miserable in the bar. a lovely girl called suhada was an exception, she was always smiling and friendly .

The food was amazing, a lot of different options. Comfortable and clean apartment, with kitchen and fridge. Very nice swimming pool, the slides, my 2 year old son was very happy 😊 Nice spa and relaxing massage, great fitness equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient car rental service directly at the hotel. We also liked the beach with the cafe there. We would definitely like to spend our next vacation here!

The drinks in the all inclusive are not so great. But you get used to them a couple of days later 😉 The location may be not so optimal if you don't have a car and want to explore the area. But the taxi is not too expensive, so you can use this option. For example, to go to Side old town or to the waterfall near Manavgat.

Children friendly, spaceous Appartment for parents and a children. More would be not so convient. Cleaning staff and waiters are friendly. Thematic dinner menue was great with good Quality of food.

Reception was not so helpfull and value for price can be better.

Perfect for vacation with children

The staff from the very beginning were brilliant. Extremely friendly, helpful and could not do enough for you. We had a bit of an issue with the Air con in the lounge area, spoke to Reception and within 5mins someone was up to look at it. Turns out it was sensored to the door and windows which was not shut properly and needed a bit of force. The pool area is lovely, a little Loud at times with the music but you soon get used to it. The beach bar/ restaurant and tanning area was by far our favourite place. The staff were friendly and the beach and area was kept clean at all times. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

We had request a large double bed and upon arrival it was two singles pushed together. As we got in really late the first night we kept it as it was. The next morning we went to reception and asked if they could either move us or change the mattress to a double. They said they would change the mattres but ended up just being a thin top mattress like thing that they just put over the two single beds which ment it did not fit properly so had to avoid dropping off the edge. They also didn't or would not give us a double duvet. Not sure if this is a Turkish thing as my boyfriend and I are not married or if they just did not fully understand what we ment. The breakfast was a little different to what we expected, still nice but based off previous Turkish breakfasts I felt they were missing a few options.

All Facilities on this Hotel was Amazing. Hammam, Sauna/ Spa/ live show for adult and kids. swimming pool for all ages. mini supermarket and shops. Staff were amazing. in the reception: Madina and Mahmet and the manager Yusif helped us a lot with many things. Thanks to them. Eva in the message and Hammam area did amazing service too. food was great. cleaning was in point. in conclusion everything about this hotel suite was amazing and exceptional and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Noise from the outside of hotel, sometimes till late night so be careful with garden view rooms. Noise from the hotel itself(pool view rooms), but time range is more predictable (23:00 the latest). Pure quality of juices included into AI. Fresh juices are very good but cost extra money. Pure quality of desserts. Baklava is awesome though. Just a single shower at the beach with very cold water. Also WC is closing at 6PM there which is very uncomfortable.
