The property was fantastic! Lots of space for a family, rooms were large, and the location was perfect. Steps away from fruit market, konzum, and a great great spot steps away. One of my favourite rentals during my stay in Croatia.

Marco was a great host, the communication (and his English) was fluent and easy with him. The house was very clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary equipment. There were 4 air conditions in the house, in all rooms and in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, however I like the softer ones, he provided linen, too. The place is perfect to stay, it was in the city center, close to everything, with a private parking slot in front of the building. It was really useful as parking here would not have been easy and cheap. We loved King restaurant in front of the House, Basca bar where we went for Coffee and the bakery also close for a few steps away. The beach is close to the house, 5-10 minutes walk, so it was easy to jump back to the house if we needed to calm down a bit during lunch time. Although the house is in the city center, but it was completely calm and not too noisy. I highly recommend this place.

Maybe to be this place not "just" 9, but 10, and even better, it would have been good to have a coffee machine (we needed to buy coffee in a coffee shop). The rest of the equipment were completely perfect.

The facility is gorgeous.

The localisation of the Villa is perfect. Very close to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The apartament is fully equiped in high standard. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The way they treat their guests is wonderful. Fantastic place, fantastic stay!

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic. It's a two story villa with lounging area, bathroom and kitchen downstairs, and bedrooms upstairs with patio and another bathroom. The place was immaculately clean with very modern look. TV in the living room had a free NETFLIX account plus TV channels from all over the world - which was loved by our kids. Kitchen has all that you need, there is also a grill outside that we used for preparing burgers and fish. The location is fantastic, steps away from great beaches and promenade. Literally next door is one of the best restaurants in Baska that I recommend to dine in at least ones. Bakeries, coffee houses, bars, restaurants, shops...all of it almost at your doorstep. However, the apartment is very quiet so no worries about the potential noise. The owners are simply wonderful - welcomed us with chilled melon and water and also gave our kids really nice good bye presents! Also the wifi is very fast and working great. Overall, we would come back in a hard beat! Highly recommend!
