The Kingston apartment was perfect for our needs. Fantastic position just a few minutes' walk to Kingston and Manuka, two lovely shopping and dining areas of Canberra's inner south. Surprisingly spacious for a two bedroom apartment with ensuite and a large main bathroom complete with a full laundry. A very good kitchen with lots of little extras, and a pleasant little balcony off the loungeroom. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. Under cover car parking was a bonus.

Nothing to dislike. Perhaps it could do with a check of the bathroom cupboards and remove bits and pieces left over from other people. A couple of used toothbrushes and half used tube of toothpaste that needed to be chucked out. But just a small thing and didn't take away from the enjoyment of the apartment. I've often mentioned in reviews the need for a more extensive clean, perhaps monthly. Just to keep up the standard.

The apartment was clean, neat and tidy. The bed was comfy, with more pillows in the wardrobe. Shirley was very friendly and always had a smile.

There was a little noise coming from the other apartments, but it was not loud enough to keep you awake.

Close to Kingston shops, cafes, restaurants

Quiet location. Close to eateries. Well equipped. Roomy apartment. Would easily accommodate 4 guests.

Single beds were not comfortable. Too hard

The property manager, Shirley, texted me during the day and I updated her on our progress. When we arrived Shirley met us and escorted us into the parking and then the apartment. Outstanding service.

I can't think of anything that could have been better. The apartment is very good.

Great location, only 3 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants, with varieties of choices to eat. Place is very clean and cosy with full equipment and host is very friendly.

Wi-Fi is not good, only one person can connect and use.

Spacious, quiet apartment in a great location, with easy secure parking. Basic breakfast supplies provided. Owner was very responsive. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Would stay again - but only in summer.

We stayed in this apartment late June, and the heating was inadequate to cope with the bitter Canberra winter. Air-conditioning unit in the large open plan area struggled to do anything other than take the chill off the air. No heating is available in the bedrooms, only electric blankets on the bed. Couch/sofa was adequate, but not comfortable for 4 adults.
