Spacious, huge pool! Location perfect! Was our second time returning since 6 Yeats ago :)

Not a negative but Villa could do with a little updating eg kitchen and bathrooms as still the same since we visited 6 years ago :) but nothing major.

Location was ideal. Short walk to shops & Restaurants Had issues but two Ezoria representatives Dalia & Luana were great as a contact in arranging maintenance to visit promptly

Wi-Fi not working properly. TV not working for almost all our stay. Had leak from air con and found broken pool ladder step on first full day. Found pair of earrings in safe. Did property get a full inspection before our stay? Would of preferred if property manager was on site for arrival as a welcoming?

The villa is spacious, we liked the common openspace on the ground floor. The pool area is great. Large tables (inside and on the tarrace) were both convenient as a dining area for a group of 6.

Not a perfect cleaning service, these little things do matter. No dishwasher (which for 6 people does make a difference). There could be more cutlery (which however we requested and got some). No anti mosquito screens in the windows - next time we'll definitely choose a villa where this is provided. All the doors upstairs where creaking which at night made everyone wake up (we called the maintenance service and it was of course an easy fix, but still would have been nice if it had happened before guests' arrival). We faced once an electricity blackout - there was no information that there was also an outdoor electricity box.

Good location for restaurants and attractions.

Pool was a bit cold to use in April

The location is great. A few minutes walk to the restaurants on the strip. It’s a very clean and comfortable vIlla with great pool that was very warm.

It had 6 sun loungers and only 1 umbrella which was very poor. This made them pretty unusable for most people. The villa needs someone to go round it and write list of what needs changing. Safety deposit box in a wardrobe that has a table and light that needed moving to open the door to access it. Insufficient glasses. Only 3 tall ones for 6 people. No chopping board or colander. Small thing thats could be made right very easily. We would have asked about all these things. The agent called within minutes of us arriving to collect our card details for the damage deposit and was able to tell us where the large supermarket was which was great but apart from that 5 minute conversation she had no further contact with us and we just thought if she calls to check everything was ok tomorrow we can tell her about umbrellas. Glasses. Etc but as the days drifted by and with only a few days left out of seven it didn’t happen. So this is the opportunity we didn’t have to make it right for the next guests. We would definitely return to the villa roker and with the changes we’ve stated it could be exceptional as stated.

A great place for vacation, a large house, well-equipped. Close to restaurants, shops and the beautiful Coral Beach. Large swimming pool with hot water. Air conditioning in all rooms. The house looks better live than in the photos. Very good contact with the nice and helpful Michelle. I recommend it to everyone.!!!!
