The terrace is huge and the view at the sea magnificent. The apartment is situated in a very old town with cosy, narrow streets. The most important thing - the hosts were very helpful. They waited for us till 11 at night (the traffic was very bad). On the last day we had a problem with the self-service petrol station and we lost 50 euros. The host, Rosario, offered to help and 2 days later we had 50 euros back on our bank account. Wonderful people. Thank you again :)

The apartment is very cute, well kept, the view from the terrace is absolutely amazing. The little town of Terzorio has a charming short walk around. We had a great stay for 2 nights. Virginia and Rosario were very welcoming and even suggested us restaurants in the area.

The bed in the room next to the patio was rock hard.

Most importantly, the view is awesome, as pictured. The terrace is spacious, you can sit and relax under sun. Silent and cute neighborhood. Parking is nearby.

Towels are included in the facilities but somehow not included in the price (not written anywhere except another comment). The facilities are not so high quality so things can break down, which is fine, as long as they mostly work. For example, shower temperature is not stable, kitchen tap is spraying water, TV remote controls are not working reliably, etc... The automatic stove lighter was broken during our stay. I did not report this on time as I thought it would not be so important. When leaving, I told it and the host somehow became quite angry, claiming that she had to call the repairman on holiday to fix it before the next guests. So this cost me 100 Euro from the cash deposit. Well, I'd say the total cost is still fair, as the host did not ask for other costs - we also used some gas (which, as I realized after my stay, has an insanely expensive surcharge), did some minor damage and the view was really nice, worth paying a bit more than expected. As a bonus, we also got some yelling (or maybe this is normal talking in Italian standards) from the host due to the stove lighter, which I still think was nonsense - it is not our responsibility that it was broken and it did not have to be fixed urgently, I mean even the spraying kitchen tap is more annoying than having to use a manual lighter for the stove. So why fix the lighter on holiday and leave the tap like that? Of course I could not argue much, because the best I could do was typing to Google Translate to communicate. At least there was another host and he tried to find some middle ground. Overall, moneywise it was a fair deal. Whether it is worth after counting the "discussion" with an annoyed young Italian lady, not sure, depends on your Italian speaking skills or yelling absorption capability.
