Reception staff simply said My reservation was cancelled and collected four times of the amount and given 2 rooms, out of which one room had no proper paining and tv not working where I had booked 4 rooms at better cost

I did not like any thing over the property. The room was not clean at all and the wash room was very bad with full of mosquitoes. Utterly bad never suggest it to anyone else.

Near to Tirupathi bus stand and railway station. Eateries are available near to the hotel.

1. Basic Facilities needs improvement. 2. Geyser not available. 3. Solar water heater doesn't work, so no hot water when you wanted to take bath. 4. Door lock not up to the mark. We have to fight with the door lock whenever you want to go out. 5. Hand gun in the toilet doesn't work. 6. Flush doesn't work. 7. House keeping doesn't come unless or until you call them for cleaning. Otherwise they won't come even if it's 5 days. 8. Recommend this hotel for short stay 1 day or max 2 days. Above points are not complaint, but they have to work on these points. Overall they have to improve. I stayed here for 12 days. I paid before hand, so not able to switch the hotel.

No hot water, bad condition shower tap,tv is not working,bath room is not that cleaned, no hand creams provided.. need to be maintained more cleanliness
