The location is close to the central station. The breakfast spread is good
As soon as I checked in the room there was a pool of hair on the bed!!! When I called the receptionist, she got it changed, yet the other one had few hair on it. The towel and the napkin too was dirty. They don't even give you a bottle of water. I luckily stayed only for a night.

Neighbourhood is quiet, but walls are thin. i could hear my neighbours talking. Some hassle with check-in and door-keycard. I expected better for this price.

Good location, Calm room, Comfort bed, large TV, Proper air conditioner and Mobile charger plug-in.
We stayed there 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday). Awful refrigerator, too small and not efficient. There were no water, toothpaste, e-kettel, coffee. Actually there were just towel, small soap and low quallity shampoo. Poor breakfast, low variety and quality.

Balcony with inside garden view. All necessary shops are nearby. Only 20 min walking to Old Munich.
No kettle and glases/cups. Tiny room.

The breakfast was good, and the receptionist was friendly and had a good sense of humour, so he made us feel welcome when we arrived. The bed was clean and comfy, so for these reasons it got a passable grade from us.
The main problem here is lack of cleanliness, to the extent that I did not want to use the shower. Thankfully we were there for only one night. The facilities are otherwise pretty basic: waste bin only in bathroom, plastic glasses, and only one pillow per guest. Of course these aren't really problematic for a short stay, but in this case they just added to the unpleasant feeling caused by the lack of cleanliness. The room really needs a good scrubbing session!

Easy check-in
I didn’t feel safe. Th room smelled. the entire fourth floor was dirty mixed with low lighting and savory characters in the middle of the night. I just didn’t feel safe. They need cameras.
