The key handover was a bit chaotic.

The location of the property was good. It was close to shopping and the train station.

The property itself was not cleaned on arrival. The communicated repeated with staff over 11 days and the finally sent someone on the last day. The freezer was still dirty. The plates were dirty, the shelves were unsecured and fell. It could have hurt my sons. The tub leaked profusely, and the toilet had a sewer smell from arrival. The service and facility was unacceptable

Very large and nice apartment. The location is also good. Conditioners are in all rooms. There is washing machine 👍. Really worth for money.

There is no self check in. We waited two hours for the host to come and open the door. The guy was although very nice 😊.

Just that apartment was big in size.

1. Once you check-in, the support during your entire stay is pathetic.We tried to contact the property to report few issues and they didn't bother to respond on calls or even on WhatsApp. 2. A few of the stuff in the apartment were either too old or broken like curtain rods, bath tub...etc. I have never seen an apartment or hotel where you have zero support after you check-in. Sorry to say, we had the worst customer support duri63ntire stay.

The appartement is really big. 3 rooms and a big leaving room, bathroom and additional separate toilet.

There is a strong smell coming from bathrooms. Looks like there are problems with canalisation in the building in general. The double bed creaks with every movement, except that it was comfortable.

Spacious, well-ventilated, well-lit, ACs in every room and they worked, well decorated. If you have a car, you are within 8-10 minutes from the airport and within 25-15 minutes from most tourist attractions. While we didn’t use them, there were plenty of public transportation options (buses, taxis, Metro) nearby. While the property doesn’t have designated free parking (which we knew), there is an underground 24/7 parking garage across the street with maximum charge of €10/day. There are a lot of spots around the area for paid short term parking, but completely free on weekends, public holidays, and everyday overnight between 7pm-9am. Really good Wi-Fi.

Our only surprise was that this apartment showed on Booking.com search as having 2 bathrooms, which was a preference for us. It is actually 1.5 bathrooms, as there is 1 full bathroom, and 1 powder-room (has sink and toilet, but no shower). While it worked for us being a family of 5, it might be important for people to be aware of if they are traveling in groups or are not comfortable sharing 1 full bathroom. But it wasn’t a major issue for us. Not a negative, but it is a residential building so one needs to be respectful of the quiet time observed at night. Rest of the place was excellent.
