This was our second stay at Rivus, and it was even better than the first one. The rooms were clean and cozy, with exceptional space and comfort.

The church next door has a somewhat loud bell, but you can get acclimated to it.

Absolutely modern house with fashionable furniture and design. Shops and bar within the same building. Good parking.

Marijana, the host, was always available in case something was needed. Even when the dishwasher did not work she organized a technician within a short amount of time to get the problem solved. She even offered a different apartment when the dishwasher could not be fixed on place.

Dishwasher didn't work, but alternative apartment was offered, so overall a very good experience.

Very modern, large apartment with 3 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and another toilet. It was all new and had beautiful details in the design that made it very easy to use, clothes hangers, dressing tables, laundry baskets and clothes drying rack. The location and parking were great! easy walk to town, or the beach etc.

We wished there was a washing machine for clothes, BUT they are getting one installed, shipping was delayed. More kitchen cupboards are needed for food storage.

It is not really something that i can mention but if i must then maybe they can put some better louvers becouse in the morning the sun lights are so strong that u can no longer sleep and the second thing is is that we missed a wash machine!

Location was great. Apartment was very modern & new, spacious and well soundproofed with comfy beds and all modern appliances. The host, Marijana, was outstanding and dealt with every query quickly. She was also very friendly.

The sofa looked nice but wasn’t that comfy. It really needed two sofas for an apartment that size. The bedrooms need curtains because the shutters don’t cut out enough light. No washing machine as advertised

New, well equiped apartment. It is big enough for family with 2 children. Location is perfect, close to both beaches and the city center. Noise insulation is good, we did nor have any issue with the church bell and noise of traffic.

Wardrobe in the rooms would be good if somebody comes for longer time.

The apartment is new, very spacious and well equiped. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, nice decorations and the large french windows that opened to the view of the Old Fortress and bay. Everything we needed was available in the supermarkets downstairs, parking in the shade at the first level of the block and the sandy beach just 7 minutes away. Special thanks to our hostess - very nice, welcoming and helpful with all our enquiries.

We spend the weekend in the apartment and would certainly recommend it. The property seemed brand new and was beautify decorated. The location was perfect for us, it was a walking distance to the town, the town beach and the zipline centre (the Omis zipline was the absolute highlight of the trip). The stunning view of the mountains was an added bonus! The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Marijana was an amazing host, she showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations.

Great location, close to the center and the beach. New apartment in a new building. Clean, well-equipped. Towels, hair dryers, soap. In the kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, induction, toaster, coffee machine, capsules. A bedroom with a large double bed. Air conditioning, TV. Studenac Market in the same building. Landlord, Marijana, super communicative, speaks English. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely new, modern, clean, spacious, our apartment for 5 people had 3 big rooms and two bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic very close to the center as well the beach. Marijana our host was friendly and helpful, we got great recommendations on what to do during our stay. Highly recommended and we will be back!

The apartments are located very Nice, in walking distance to the beach and to the local restaurents. 5-10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket and coffee place Down stairs. The apartment is good, lots of space, 3 bedrooms, enough space to a family of 5. We can only recommend it.

The church bells are ringing early morning. It is not that bad, but you cannot ignore it. Anyway i would book it again!

the apartment was spacious and had the basics; nice balcony; nice view over the mountains, but not in the old part of the town

the kitchen was not well enough equipped - coffee machine for which it was a hassle to find cups, basic stuff missing; not getting two cards for entrance (also meaning you cannot do washing while being away); rather on the pricey side for what it offers (and we have travelled quite a bit in Croatia)

Great location a few minutes away from the old town. Own parking with a remote controlled gate, which is quite a rarity in Omis, where usually the parking is the biggest problem. We had a technical difficulty, but the staff was very helpful and offered a solution immediately. Confortable and nicely designed rooms.

If you are picky about noise in the morning, try a room on the non-river side of the property, since next to the river, there is a church with a loud bell, tolling starts at 6 o’clock in the morning. A small suggestion would be to either provide some coffee capsules or to specify the type of coffee capsules, since the coffe machine in the properties only works with a specific capsule.

Leaving a few extra items in the apartment, coffee, salt/pepper, dish washer capsule or two, paper towels, would be a nice touch. I know many things are the responsibility of the traveler but just a couple little items would avoid shopping trips for a short visit.

The appartment is located very close to Omis (and a bit farther walk) and the beach. It's very spacious, new and clean and has a great view over Omis from the balcony. Parking spaces are in front of the appartment which is very convenient and there's a supermarket and take away within 2 minutes waking. We enjoyed our stay here.

The kitchen is new but the equipment is minimal (there was no frying pan). The church across the street made even more noise than we expected. The bells start ringing at 6 in the morning and go every half hour. We didn't really mind as we fall back to sleep quickly but be aware that it's loud.
