You are a 3 minute walk to the beach . Restaurants and bars also with in walking distance.

Great location. Not a prime property. Needs.a lot of work and repairs.

We almost cancelled our whole trip when we did not receive any information to get our key. After multiple attempts to contact owner over 45min, vrbo offered us a hotel for one night. As we were ready to leave for the hotel we received the lockbox information. The stay was fine but the process of using these rental sites is an organizational nightmare. I will not use vrbo again.

My husband and I stayed like two weekends ago and it was super cute and clean. We got nervous seeing all the new reviews, but the check in process was fine, the place was super cute and so close to the beach and restaurants. Parking is AWFUL! If you have a truck or SUV you’re going to have to squeeze in the road parking. There are full time tenants there so parking is super limited.

The rental started with requiring me to call and message the host in order to get the key code, hours after the check in time started. This was followed by no communication when I tried to contact them about parking. They say in the listing that parking is included, but we had one car and parked multiple streets away due to no parking for the unit, and was threatened to have our car towed because we weren't residing on the street in which we parked. This rental was made worse by not being as shown. there were scratches all over the walls, the table is stabilized by paper towel, the unit did not appear to be cleaned, the windows were sealed with duct tape, the blinds kept together by painter's tape, AND THERE WERE ANTS ALL OVER THE KITCHEN. Throughout my stay the hosts were completely unresponsive to my concerns and required me to contact VRBO to assist with resolution of issues. This was a disaster of a rental and would not recommend to anyone. It is not worth your time or money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This property seemed like a cute place to stay for my daughter and her boyfriend for their anniversary. Upon arrival they had issues checking in. When then finally got into the residence, they found multiple issues. Roaches, stained sheets, painter's tape to fix broken blinds, scuff marks and cuts all over walls, towel bar ripped out of the wall, dresser torn apart, as well as neighbors slamming doors and yelling at all hours of the night. The only good part about their trip was the dolphin adventures. I sure hope the owner of this property becomes aware of the units and makes the proper changes to accommodate any future stays.

Getting the passcode for the lockbox took hours and almost had our trip canceled. Room is definitely not remodeled and shows signs of heavy wear. Bed sloped in the middle. Couch was very cheap and not comfortable. Hot water did not work. House smelled like pot the entire time. Neighbors kept putting cones out to block road parking every time we left to do something. Location was excellent.
