its location was next to taksim area so it was pretty much close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The breakfast was cheap. Taxis didnt want to take us directly to the hotel because the streets were very narrow so they had to drop us off on the streets outside and we had to go walking

noisy neighborhood, very close to the mosque which starts prayers at 4am , so there is a risk it would wake you up. In the room AC is blowing directly at you,

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful.
The location is just in the parallel street to Istiklal street, but you won't hear any noise from there. It's just about 300m to Taksim square. The shower itself was spacious. Breakfast was good. Big variety of vegetables.
The rooms are very small. The bath was very small. No place to hang towels or put your toiletry. To wash the face over the sink was almost impossible, you either watered the floor or hit the head on a small glass shelf.
The bath ceiling was full with water stains and the door was steep.
The cabinet was way too short to hang some stuff inside.
We checked the hotels by rating and price. The tango hotel Taksim definitely is overpriced and overrated.

The hotel is good and the location is very excellent in half of Istiklal Street. The staff is wonderful and friendly and they love to help. Mr. Zaki. He is wonderful and helps as much as possible, as well as Mr. Shaheen..The employee Youssef is also a wonderful person, his treatment of customers is more than excellent...
Only the breakfast needs improvement. More variety of dishes should be added

A nice small hotel just 3-4 minutes walk from Taksim square. Just next to the main street (Istiklal) where all the bar cafes and restaurants are. Location was excellent. Room was nice we had also a balcony (small). Room was ok if you don't plan to spend time in the room (not very big). Breakfast was nice- do not expect European breakfast, it had a loot of local delicacies. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a value for money hotel especially due to location.
Breakfast room was in -1 no windows or natural light.

it was literally just behind Istiklal Cadessi and 5 min walk from Taksim Square and Metro. the location is perfect and super convenient to what tourists want to see and shop and eat in Istanbul. The breakfast is good too.
The standard rooms are small and very basic but they do have everything you need. Because it’s so close and in the heart of Taksim/Istiklal, with a few bars around, you hear a lot of people fighting at night and wake up.

Reception was helpful. Basic breakfast. It was in a good location.
It was extremely noisy. Loud music from bars around the hotel till 10
o’clock in the morning. impossible to get some rest. Fights and screamings in the middle of the night.
So dangerous that the front door of the hotel stays locked till morning.

Very close to Taksim meydan
They have a very small room on GF that have windows on the street. It really looks like a grave. You can hear people talking and loud music with all curtains closed.. They changed it for me the 2nd day, which was much better place. AC was not working though.
Breakfast isn't that good. Eggs were cold and fruits are not ripe. I had breakfast in starbucks for my whole stay.
Got room rate of 75$ per night but definitly doesnt worth the price of 100+ dollar as on his google rates

The place in the heart of Taksim, close to Iklitar Street. Very convenience. Modern facilities. Excellent staff, always there to help you. Thanks all of you!!!
Make sure you stay in high floor, because the noise in the street can bother you in the night. Breakfast do not liked.

the location was great. staff was polite and friendly except one of them. Breakfast was acceptable.
It was an old fashion hotel. our room was very small. heating system was central and they turned it on during the night and it was too hot and if you opened the window you couldn’t sleep because of noise.

Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was poor but i enjoyed the omelet that was served fresh. Clean rooms.
TV didn't function, no view from the room. Too expensive for what was offering but i guess all hotels and restaurants in istanbul are way overpriced despite the lira/dollar rate.
